As a production technician you will work in a close team with others to produce equipment and tools used in bioprinting and other life-science applications. The work includes everything between soldering electronics, mechanical assembly and packing of the product.

Responsibilities:
Operate, use, troubleshoot and test a variety of machinery and tools to produce a quality product.
Ensure compliance with quality control established procedures and standards.
Comply with and support the CELLINK health and safety policies and procedures.
Effectively participate in changeovers and continuously improve on target times and ways of working efficiently.
Work as a high-performance team member supporting all aspects of team performance.
Contribute in the training of other Technicians as needed.
Follow assembly manuals and working directions efficiently.
Contribute in measurements to track efficiencies to identify and implement continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:
A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year experience in a production environment.
Basic electrical and mechanical skills including the use of hand tools.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Able to communicate and follow instructions in English Visa mindre

Production quality control employee is responsible for maintaining CELLINK quality standards by approving incoming materials and products for/from production and following documentation routines. Equipped with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Quality inspection of materials and products
Following testing and documentation routines
Operating with calibrated equipment according to standards
Maintaining safe work environment by following standards, procedures and complying with legal regulations
Accomplish organizational vision and mission by being an active member of the community and deliver results expected in the position given
Work as a high-performance team member by supporting colleagues and continuously improving ways of working
Effectively participate in changeovers and fast adaptation to new routines

Requirements and qualifications
A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Initiative and motivation for continuous improvement
Good computer skills, especially MS Office
Strong communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Orderly documentation recording and maintenance
Able to communicate and follow instructions in English

2+ years of experience in production environment
