Vi söker nu 1 konsult för ett projektuppdrag hos en spännande kund hos en av våra kunder i Mölndal.

För rollen behöver du ha följande kompetenser:

Erfarenhet och kompetens av Windows 10 med uppgraderingar där lokala system används på PC:s och laptops
Bygga och distribuera enheter
Installera applikationer samt tillhörande kringutrustning
Van vid felsökning/problemlösning för att bedöma fel på enheter, nätverk och applikationer
Starkt kundfokus, se helheter och detaljer samt ha en hög servicemindhet

Har du även erfarenhet inom labbmiljö är det ett extra plus

Du behöver behärska Svenska och Engelska i så väl tal som skrift då koncernspråket är Engelska.
Vi ser gärna att du tidigare har arbetat i SNOW eller motsvarande ITSM verktyg och har arbetat enligt ITIL processerna.

TJÄNSTEN
I rollen som Fältservicetekniker på InfoCare blir ditt uppdrag att felsöka, reparera och installera teknisk utrustning ute hos våra kunder. Jobbet är självständigt och omväxlande då våra kunder finns inom många olika branscher. Du ingår i ett serviceteam med kompetenta och hjälpsamma kollegor som alla utgår från kontoret.    
Arbetsdagarna kan bestå av ett flertal servicebesök hos olika kunder men också bokade längre installationer hos en och samma kund. Servicebil ingår i tjänsten och möjlighet till förmånsbil finns.


PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER
Som fältservicetekniker på InfoCare behöver du vara serviceinriktad, lösningsorienterad och flexibel. Då man jobbar självständigt ute på fält så behöver man också vara handlingskraftig och ta egenansvar för sitt arbete. Naturligtvis är en god social förmåga nödvändig då man har mycket kundkontakter.


KOMPETENSKRAV
Gymnasieutbildning inom IT/teknik
1-2 års arbetserfarenhet inom det aktuella området
Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Windows och Office
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
B-körkort är ett krav

TJÄNSTEN
I rollen som fältservicetekniker på InfoCare förväntas du att arbeta självständigt med felsökning, reparation, installation, montage och konfiguration av teknisk utrustning samt system på plats hos våra kunder eller på lokalt kontor/verkstad.
Jobbet är mycket självständigt och ställer krav på att du som person har en egen inre drivkraft, samt trivs av att arbeta under högt tempo ute hos kund.
Kommunikation är en av nycklarna för framgång som fältservicetekniker. Det krävs att du kommunicerar tydligt i realtid, både i våra system, inför och på plats hos ute hos våra kunder för att skapa en bra kundupplevelse. 
Då vi eftersträvar att arbeta med så miljövänlig och smart ruttplanering som möjligt så innebär detta att du ofta arbetar själv samt genomför ett flertal bokade servicebesök per dag ute hos kund, där du aviserar kunden när du är på väg samt meddelar status på utrustning när du lämnar.
PERSONLIGA EGENSKAPER
Utöver teknisk kompetens och god felsökningsförmåga behöver du vara serviceminded, lösningsorienterad och ha mycket god social kompetens. Att du håller vad du lovar och levererar på detta är en förutsättning, samt att vi aldrig lämnar våra kunder med frågor.
Flexibilitet och viljan att lära sig nya saker samt nya arbetsuppgifter är viktigt. Stort intresse av teknik/IT är självfallet en del av din vardag.
KOMPETENSKRAV

ABOUT THE POSITION

The main responsibility of the 1st Level Support is the correct and timely registration and handling of the notified service requests (incidents, questions and complaints) and undertaking an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible.

Also the monitoring of the handling and reporting to the notifier is a part of the Incident Management process handled by the Service Desk acting as a 1st level support.

The responsibilities of the 1st level support include:

* providing the first point of contact for the end users;
* providing information about the status of an existing ticket and updating the existing requests;
* registering and handling the notified issues against the agreed service levels;
* managing, monitoring, tracking and reporting the service requests against multiple service levels;
* diagnosing and resolving the incidents to provide a fast resolution, and referring the incidents on to other support teams if the request is of a complex nature, requires a site visit, or needs to be referred to a specialist team.

1st Level support is performed by the Service Desk that acts as a Single Point Of Contact for all the End Users and utilizes an innovative service model to maximize the number of contacts that can be resolved at the Service Desk, thus minimizing the number of issues being escalated to the other resolver groups or onsite support teams. This model utilizes a Service Desk 2nd level support of more experienced specialists as an internal escalation point, as well as self-support tools, a knowledge base, and case-based reasoning tools.

About the position

You would provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware and software problems.

You would maintain overall ownership of user's issue and service, ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable time frame. Part of the job is also to provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.

In this position you would be supporting the following technologies (and others as assigned):

- Microsoft Office 2003/7/10 products

- Outlook

- Word

- Excel

- Access

- Web browsers

- Windows XP/7/8/10

- Desktops

- Laptops

- Printers

- Networked copiers

- NIC's

- Basic LAN/WAN connectivity.

About you

You can stay independent in your work and perform well even when under stress and strict deadlines.You feel comfortable with taking responsibility over your work. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and communicate easily in both languages, both verbally and in writing. A 24x7 environment is not a problem for you. Problem solving is something that you enjoy doing and feel comfortable with.

Required skills

* a degree in engineering
* previous experience of similar work
* knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures
* knowledge on: Active Directory, Proxy, DNS, Group Policy
* knowledge on: LAN setup, basic switching, passive networking, cable management (data/voice), Wireless AP
* knowledge on hardware troubleshooting, Racking and Stacking, basic troubleshooting of Server Operating systems, raid configurations
* knowledge on managing server room components like Power, UPS, Air Conditioning, Cable Management and monitoring the environment
* a driving license is mandatory for this position

APPLICATION

For most positions as a Factory Support Technician we require a minimum work experience of 4-6 years, full professional proficiency in English and elementary proficiency in Swedish. Ability to meet basic security screening requirements is also required. To be considered for employment you must fulfil the requirements for, and preferably hold, a work permit in Sweden.
