Your Role


As the National Customer Onboarding Manager for Kuehne+Nagel Sweden, you will Lead the Swedish Customer Onboarding Team when we pursue and onboard our new customers as well as in developing the existing customer base. This national role require travelling to our Warehouse locations in Sweden. Ideal location is either Malmö, Jönköping or Gothenburg. You will be part of the National Contract Logistics Management team and report directly to the National Contract Logistics Director




Your Responsibilities
Manage the Customer Onboarding team
Responsible for setting up, executing and managing customer implementation projects
Responsible for making sure projects are implemented on time, within budget and with the right quality
Be the primary contact for our Customers and Internal Stakeholders during implementations
Actively collaborate with the Onboarding community within Kuehne + Nagel in order to further develop the Swedish organisation, acquire needed resources and share best practices
Actively work together with Business Development to plan for coming projects and secure capacity and knowledge needed



Your Skills And Experiences
3-5 years proven complex project management experience, ideally from logistics. However, manufacturing, service management or software industry experience will also be considered
You have a university degree or comparable educational background in Business administration, Logistics or similar
Project Management Certification – Prince 2 or similar
Demonstrated history of delivering high levels of quality and customer service
Proven problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and preferably in Swedish as well

YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Processes and Systems functions in the Swedish Sea Logistics business unit working closely with our colleagues ensuring optimal system usage and excellence in our processes.
YOU’RE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will deliver day-to-day process support to our sea logistics production systems team and customer service tools in cooperation with our colleagues.
Oversee and ensure the delivery of trainings related to system enhancements, sea logistics forwarding, process optimization and other advanced trainings.
Ensure high operational data quality via analysts, reviews and action planning together with the stakeholders, both locally and regionally within Sea Logistics.
Support and oversee supplier electronic data interfaces (EDI) via definition of requirements, support and communication with IT teams and Sea Logistics Process Excellence teams for specifications.
Drive process optimization and support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality of operational processes and systems
Act as the interface between IT and the business by defining and communicating system requirements in cooperation with regional team.
Drive the analysis of operational procedures for customers and suppliers; Assist with documenting and producing solutions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
You must have excellent knowledge of freight forwarding processes within Sea Logistics or Internal Supply Chain.
Educational degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Information Technology
Logical and analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skill set with listening abilities and an inquisitive approach
Presentation and MS PowerPoint skills, MS Excel Skills
Previous experience in project management and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Your Role
As an Operational Care Specialist, you will have full responsibility to deliver excellent service and quality towards our customers.


Your Responsibilities
Prepare shipment file for import shipment handling; monitor operational performance of carriers and other vendors
Working on profit maximization by selecting the right carrier, contract, haulier and keeping track of any deviance in cost
Co-ordinate with Customer Care Location and suppliers for the imports of shipment
Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions to clarify any deviations or conflicts, for instance with country regulations, compliance or internal pricing information
Ensuring timely import customs clearance according to port regulations and monitoring
Handle all transport bookings according to customer instructions
Active participation in the financial month-end closing process
Close cooperation with Sales and Customer Care on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations and create distribution of sales invoices



Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree, YRGO or similar in Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field
Previous experience and knowledge in freight forwarding operations – ideally in sea logistics
Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
Ability to work to the required operational quality standards both through own initiative as well as building strong relationships and collaborating with the team and stakeholders
Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, fulfil critical tasks on time and keep to deadlines
Resilience to manage change, embrace new technologies and quickly understand and execute new processes
User-level knowledge of MS Office
Written and spoken fluency in both Swedish and English
