The role is initially comprised of one year's employment with Poolia, starting as soon as possible, with the possibility to extend the employment. As a Project Manager you are expected to plan, develop, structure, and implement a platform for e-learning/digital education based on knowledge and scientific facts in dental implants. Target groups for this platform are customers and agencies of Dentsply Sirona, as well as sales & marketing personnel and product departments around the world associated with the company. The fact bases in both clinical education, sales and product training are documented in place.

Your role is to organize and create a platform for e-learning and to be implemented at all subsidiaries, agencies and its staff. You will work and run the project independently while working in a team and possessing all of the factual knowledge and educational experience required. You will also have extensive contacts and dialogue with both staff at the various subsidiaries as well as Key Opinion Leaders around the world.

To be successful in this role you must have the ability to independently run, organize and structure the project within specified timeframes and achieve results – this requires that you have excellent planning and organizational ability. You are skilled at communicating clearly with both technicians, sales and marketing personnel as well as external contacts and human resources.

Additionally, you are expected to have good technical expertise and experience in developing e-learning-based platforms, know what it takes to develop a project of this nature and get them implemented. You understand what resources are needed to develop the project and can calculate the need for time and resources. Your ability to network both internally and externally is of great importance.

You are a self-driven, well organized, positive, responsible and collaborative person – driven by giving a high level of communication skills and service both externally and well as internally. You like working with many different personalities with varying background. You will take on this specific e-learning task and project that you will drive independently both with regards to planning, execution and implementation. As you will be working in a global environment your English must be excellent. If you have previously worked with medical devices it is an advantage.

Associate Information Scientist supporting the RIA TA Memory

Explore the possibility of joining us as Associate Information Scientist (AIS) within one of our key scientific focus areas Respiratory, Inflammation and Autoimmune (RIA). Supporting the late stage drug project teams, you will be a key person for innovative use of information and data to help shape our trials, decision making and portfolio.

You will play a leading role in supporting global clinical teams in finding and structuring clinical information for late stage drug development decisions. The position sits within our Information Practice unit who drives optimal use and value of clinical information and scientific knowledge retention for better informed decision-making in clinical development.

Late-stage Development RIA Biometrics consists of statistical, programming and information experts for drug development in phase II and beyond. You will be part of a truly global team alongside some of the most respected specialists in the industry.

Support RIA TA Memory

Tasks include:
• find, download, and make available key information for selected disease populations and competitors
• adjust and work with current SPOL site from a technical perspective
• on a regular basis go through and ensure information in library are current
• support and expand current information user and supplier network to ensure we get access to available information

By information we mean publications, supplemental information, public CSRs and other documents, HA documentation, guidance documents for this disease and any other information that might help the clinical project teams

Minimum requirements
• Bachelors or advanced degree in a Life Science
• Experience in clinical information or science information setting in the application of information and knowledge management (settings could include, but are not limited to clinical drug development, medical writing, medical affairs, clinical operations, competitive intelligence, regulatory intelligence)
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask; can set priorities and follow a timeline
• Ideally a self-starter, who can work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred experience and key factors
• Good understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical clinical drug development process (with a preference for late-stage drug development in Respiratory, Inflammation, Autoimmunity)

• Experience in Respiratory is desirable, expertise in China submissions and previous AZ experience would be ideal.
• Minimum educational level is a BSc degree in a relevant subject such as biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or life science.
• Minimum of 8 years SAS programming experience in the Pharma sector (CRO/industry).
• Expertise in CDISC standards (SDTMs, ADaM), TLFs production and CRT packages, as well as in regulatory submissions and regulatory defence activities.
• Good collaboration, communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
