What you’ll do
Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives & act as a people manager according to our values & leadership code
Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management
Build the growth strategic plan, including both vision and sales execution roadmap for Services in Sweden
Convert services leads from the Installed base into business opportunities
Drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.
Collaborate closely with other sales, tendering, business support and operations teams in Sweden and the Nordic Zone
Articulate the consistency of all Service offers all along the life cycles stages, positioning as a top priority our recurring revenue through service contracts
Contribute to Country Plan for Global Accounts and Targeted Accounts
Manage Service offer pricing based on margin expectations.

Essential for the Role
Commercial mindset with strong drive and interest in technology; able to learn new technologies quickly at a general level
Prior success in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships
Solid experience from Energy or IT industry, especially in customer-facing roles and within sales
Ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels (partners, end users, C-level)
Basic technical understanding from segments such as Cloud & Service Provider, Power & Grid as well as overall knowledge of software, digital transformation, and solution services.
Experience from Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, UPS, Cooling or Industrial Automation is beneficial
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Language skills: fluent English
Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build relationships across business units and lead teams to success

What will you do
Define and implement the Regional Nordic strategy to grow Schneider Electric’s market share into the Energies & Chemicals segment
Manage Strategic accounts and Segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions and services as well as Process Automation
Influence the key targeted Energies & Chemicals end users in the zone, focusing on Energy Transition projects.
Coordination of major pursuit projects in the Nordic region involving international stakeholders



You will be collaborating closely with the Power Systems Zone Vice President, Power Systems Country Sales Directors, and Sales teams, and global Energies & Chemicals Segment team, Industry automation Zone VP & Sales Directors in countries. This role will develop and implement the Nordic EVB Factories (Electric Vehicle Battery) growth strategy, develop our market shares at targeted end users and related EPCs & Process OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
What will help you to succeed
Successful track record of strategic account management and development and eagerness to close significant deals
Technical and sales expertise in Medium Voltage & Low voltage including digital software applications relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation hardware and software is highly beneficial
Strategic & tactical mindset, proactively creating opportunities through consultative selling
Familiarity with the processes and opportunities within Energies and Chemicals segment
Existing relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels is desired
Great capability to create relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
