You will be part of our Production Development department where we bring new production processes to life and maintain the quality of our existing ones. As a Production Documentation Coordinator you´ll be part of ensuring that changes to our production facilities are introduced as smoothly as possible. Whilst still complying to regulatory requirements and traceability.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and administrate product configurations and manufacturing structures. Both for new product/processes and daily operations.
Coordinate the Change process, including being the go-to-person regarding changes.
Responsible for implementing changes. Coordinating together with a cross functional team. Changes may include implementing manufacturing structures for new materials or documentation.
Manage and improve the process for changes and documentation coordination
Evaluate and evolve parts of the Quality system

Qualification / Background:
Takes pride in being thorough and responsible
Strong communication and social skills
Documentation and communication skills, in English as well as in Swedish
Experience from work in life science or other regulated industry is a merit
Previous work as administrator experience is a merit.
Experience with manufacturing and distribution systems (M3) or product data management (Windchill PDMLink) is a merit.

Vi söker just nu en Scientific Equipment Coordinator, att ansluta sig till vårt team för att koordinera kalibreringar av kundens utrustning.
Tjänsten är placerad med resten av teamet hos vår kund i Mölndal, och som en integrerad del av globala CBRE Integrated Laboratory Solutions organisation kunna nyttja utbildningar, supportfunktioner och nätverk. Tjänsten rapporterar till avdelningschefen för PharmDev CBRE. Rollen är en tillsvidaretjänst.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Utifrån SAP säkerställa att rätt utrustning planeras in för kalibrering i rätt tid.
Koordinera tillsammans med kunden och kalibreringsingenjörerna, kalibrering av utrustning, kopplat till kundens verksamhet. Samt uppföljning av den samma.
Koordinera tillsammans med kunden/instrumentansvariga och kalibreringsingenjörerna att införande samt avvecklande av utrustning blir registrerat i SAP på korrekt sätt med relevant information.
Koordinera tillsammans med kunden/instrumentansvariga och kalibreringsingenjörerna för att optimera kalibreringstillfällen över året, samt uppdateringen i SAP av detsamma.
Granska inköp och ekonomiska transaktioner kopplat till kalibrering.
Tillse, samt följa upp att planerade arbetsorder genomförs, avrapporteras och dokumenteras på ett korrekt sätt.
Planera, boka samt vara behjälplig att hantera externa leverantörers besök, samt säkerställa att de uppfyller samtliga SHE- och kvalitets krav, innan arbetet påbörjas.
Bistå CBRE´s kvalitetsarbete kopplat till kalibreringsrelaterade frågor, revisioner mm.
Representera CBRE i forum rörande kalibrering.
Följa upp KPI:er kopplade till kalibrering och initiera åtgärder och förbättringsarbete vid behov.
Bistå CBRE avseende kompetensutvecklingsarbete kopplat till kalibrering.
Arbeta med dokumentation och framtagande av metodbeskrivningar och instruktioner kopplat till kalibreringen.
Förstå vikten av tillbudsrapportering och aktiviteter för att hantera risker. Vara delaktig i arbete avseende kvalité/säkerhet/hälsa/miljö.
Respektera och agera enligt CBRE: s regler, föreskrifter och värderingar RISE: Respekt, Integritet, Service & Excellence
Utföra andra uppgifter efter behov

Kunskapskrav
Erfarenhet inom Life Science eller liknande högreglerad sektor (GxP)
Teknisk utbildning, gärna eftergymnasial
Erfarenhet av att planera och koordinera teknisk leverans
Goda datakunskaper inom Officepaketet
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift
Lösningsorienterad med erfarenhet av snabbt växlande och högt tempo av operativt arbete
Mycket god samarbets- och kommunikationsförmåga
Är ansvarstagande och tar egna initiativ samt är bra på att slutföra arbetsuppgifter
Hög kundfokus och arbetsmoral

Önskvärt/meriterande
erfarenhet av att jobba med SAP, Webcore och/eller CMX
erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete och processutveckling (Lean)
erfarenhet inom läkemedelsproduktionsmiljö
