Vem söker vi?
Tidigare erfarenhet av en callcenter-miljö (kundtjänst/teleförsäljning/CATI-center) är att föredra.
Stark kommunikationsförmåga och en passion för att engagera sig med konsumenter och entreprenörer.
Flytande danska och svenska, med kunskaper i engelska och andra nordiska språk som ett plus.
Kunskaper i Microsoft Office-program som Excel och Word.

We are currently looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Norwegian-speaking telephone interviewer to join our team in Mölndal. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls, recruiting participants, and conducting interviews for our market research projects. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will have the opportunity to engage with project managers, colleagues, and external respondents.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a call center environment (customer service/telesales/CATI center) is preferred.

Som projektassistent är du ansvarig för att ta hand om våra deltagare från första kontakt till avslutat projekt. Tillsammans med resten av teamet säkerställer du att vi hittar projektets målgrupp och att vi når målet; att leverera insikter och data av högsta kvalitet till våra kunder samt att deltagare med får en bra deltagarupplevelse.
Arbetsuppgifterna består av att kommunicera med deltagare till våra marknadsundersökningsprojekt men även att besvara deras frågor under och efter projektets gång. Du kommer att använda telefonen som ditt främsta arbetsredskap men även epost och sms-kontakt med konsumenter och företagare ingår i dina dagliga uppgifter. För vissa projekt kommer du även behöva genomföra telefonintervjuer.
Avgörande för att du ska trivas i rollen är att du älskar kommunikation och att du gillar att prata och skriva med deltagare och att du är van vid att göra stora antal telefonsamtal.
En del av våra undersökningar genomförs i form av produkttester och som projektassistent kan du även vara inblandad i dessa typer av projekt. När vi genomför produkttester kommer deltagare till våra lokaler. Projektassistentens roll är då att ta emot deltagare och servera dem produkterna samt hjälpa dem med sina frågor.
Du talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska. Kan du även andra nordiska språk är det till en fördel men inget krav.

We are currently looking to expand our international team of Data Collectors with one more Slovenian speaker. 

 

Duties and responsibilities
Your main task will be contacting and interviewing Slovenian doctors from our office located in Mölndal/Göteborg. Further tasks will include database administration, documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of short texts. 

We would like you to be available to start immediately. 

Qualifications
We believe that you are a Slovenian speaker with excellent communication skills (telephone and email). You show great attention to detail with strong organizational skills as well as an ability to keep tight deadlines. If you also speak French that is a great advantage.
