Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:
• Conduct follow-up communication with complainants to support complaint investigations and gather additional information as needed.
• Provide regular updates on complaint status and, when applicable, communicate final investigation findings to the complainant in a professional and empathetic manner.

Compliance:
• Ensure all complaint-handling activities are performed in accordance with applicable global regulations and standards, including but not limited to 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 803, ISO 13485:2016, and EU MDR (Regulation EU 2017/745).
• Adhere to internal policies, SOPs, and quality system requirements.

Complaint Investigation Support:
• Contribute to the investigation process by collaborating with internal teams and supporting documentation efforts.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend next steps as appropriate.

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
• Support the implementation of corrective or preventive actions stemming from complaint data, helping to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

Reporting and Trending:
• Assist in tracking and trending complaint data.
• Prepare reports and contribute data insights to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Service to resolve complaints effectively and drive continuous improvement.

Background / Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or healthcare-related discipline preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated role required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a strong plus.
• Experience with investigative processes and root cause analysis is a strong plus.

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Capabilities:
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail are fundamental to success.
• Strong comfort level with computer-based tasks, including working across multiple systems or screens simultaneously.
• Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite); experience with electronic quality or complaint management systems preferred.

What are we expecting from you?

In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of the required study documents, including time plans and study agreements. Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the design and execution of clinical studies required for medical devices that are sufficient for ISO 14155, EU MDR and FDA.
• Preparation and submission of clinical study documentation to Independent Ethics Committees/Review Boards and Regulatory Authorities.
• Registration of clinical studies in applicable databases.
• Monitoring of site, data management and follow up on time plan and budget.
• Study data analysis, preparation of clinical study reports and presentation of study data to internal and external parties
• Serve as the primary dental subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams developing AI-enabled dental software (e.g. CADe/CADx, AI visualization).
• Provide clinical guidance on product design and validation, including study design for reader and standalone studies for AI models.
• Collaborate with RochD, Quality, Regulatory, and product marketing teams to ensure clinical relevance and safety of AI models and assist in methods to use AI internally for workflow efficiency.
• Stay up to date on AI regulations and AI in dentistry.
• Draft and review key sections of regulatory submissions and technical files such as CERs and study protocols (e.g. multi-reader multi case studies) for AI enabled medical device software.

Qualifications / Background:
• Higher education in natural science.
• Background in dentistry, research and/or clinical studies.
• 3+ years prior experience in clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, and/or clinical research for AI/ML enabled medical device software. (SaMD/SiMD)
• Knowledge of Medical Device regulations related to conduct of human clinical studies (e.g. ISO 14155, EU MDR, FDA, GDPR, Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and EU AI Act).
• Experience working with Medical devices is preferable.
• Doctor of Dental Surgery DSD/Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) is a merit.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• The ability to travel internationally up to 20 days yearly.

Laboratory Engineer Dosimetry / Radiation Protection

We are recruiting a Laboratory Engineer to our Dosimetry Lab where you will get the taste of two unique environments.This will be a combined role where you will work 50/50 as a Lab Engineer and Radiation Expert. As one part of the role you will develop your skills in our lab environment, the other part of the role will give you an opportunity to grow into our expert in radiation protection. We think this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in two different “worlds” where some tasks will be performed in our dosimetry lab while one part of the role will be question related to radiation safety and involve lots of external networking and contacts.

As you grow and develop in the area of radiation protection, we will expect you to become our expert in these kind of questions. You will also be a highly valued team member in our dosimetry lab and be part of a small team within QA/RA (Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs) where we support each other and value collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• The work includes product and process validation as well as routine control and review of the sterilization process.
• Located in the dosimetry laboratory at our radiation sterilization facility you will perform routine procedures, analyses and tests.
• Participate in development and improvements projects around routines.
• Problem solving by contributing to investigate, develop, analyze and evaluate our processes and routines.
• To plan and perform calibration for lab instruments and measurement equipment.
• Conduct training in our internal dosimetry.
• Work within the field of radiation protection for our sterilization facility together with our radiation protection expert. To understand and follow the requirements set by the radiation protection authority and see how they must be complied with and applied in our operations.
• Participate in internal and external audits of the sterilization unit.

Who you are?

As a person you are meticulous and practically oriented and have the will and ability to work both independently and in project form. We assume that you can express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English. You need to be able to work with several tasks in parallel and have the flexibility to shift from planned to more urgent matters.

Background / Qualifications:
• University degree within natural science, preferably with a focus on radiation physics.
• You know how to perform independent laboratory work and have a knowledge about and/or background from radiation sterilization.
• To succeed in the role you also need strong computer skills as we have high requirements for documentation and reporting.

As a Sourcing Lead you will work with the whole spectrum of procurement and be responsible for one or more purchasing categories. You will play an important role in our cross-functional product development projects where you will manage and be responsible for sourcing.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic procurement responsibility for one or more purchasing categories within direct materials.
• Develop current suppliers in accordance with established purchase-related goals, be in charge of price negotiations, conduct ongoing evaluation of suppliers, manage bids, and prepare and update agreements.
• Manage the establishment of new suppliers in early stages of product-development projects and be responsible for sourcing and establishing the production of new articles.
• Manage direct procurement in a responsible and sustainable way in order to maximize the supply chain value.
• Manage technical sourcing and supplier-related quality assurance involving investigation of claims, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and validation procedures for suppliers.

• Procurement experience from suppliers in Europe and Nordics.
