I rollen som EMC-Ingenjör hos oss kommer du att vara en central del i våra kunders utvecklingsprocesser. Ditt arbete kommer att vara varierat och inkludera allt från rådgivning och simuleringar till utbildning och granskning av krav och layout. Du kommer att arbeta nära våra kunder genom hela deras utvecklingsprocess, från förstudie till produktion, och hantera både korta och längre uppdrag.



Din profil
Du är en EMC-Ingenjör med erfarenhet inom elektronikutveckling, som trivs i en roll där social interaktion och pedagogisk skicklighet står i fokus. Ditt engagemang för att lära och lära ut är en nyckelkomponent i din professionella identitet. Du uttrycker dig flytande och tydligt på både svenska och engelska, och din förmåga att anpassa dig till skiftande projekt och nya situationer kommer att vara avgörande för din framgång i denna roll. Din erfarenhet inom radioområdet, även om det inte är ett krav, är definitivt en fördel.



Kvalifikationer

* Relevant utbildning inom elektronik, fysik eller liknande område

OM TJÄNSTEN
Tjänsten inom Customer & Project Quality Assurance primära arbetsuppgifter är att agera som den sammanhållande länken mellan utveckling, produktion och kund. I den här rollen arbetar du med att bevaka och underhålla både interna och externa krav gällande kvalitet, producerbarhet och kostnad. Stort fokus kommer även att ligga på att bedriva arbetet med att kontinuerligt förbättra Aros electronics produktkvalitet. Arbetet ställer stora krav på såväl kommunikationsförmåga som koordinerande färdigheter. Du arbetar med omfattande kontakter internt mot olika avdelningar och funktioner, samt externt mot flertalet av Aros electronics kunder inom fordonsdivisionen.

Aros electronics utvecklar och optimerar den allra senaste tekniken som bland annat möjliggör hybridisering och elektrifiering av fordon. De har en medveten strategi för sina produkter och är måna om att ständigt utveckla mer energieffektiva tekniker i syfte till att minska verksamhetens miljöpåverkan. Sedan 2021 är Aros electronics ett varumärke inom Vandewiele Sweden AB, huvudkontoret för verksamhetens industri- och fordonsdivision är lokaliserat i Mölndal. Tjänsten är en direktrekrytering vilket innebär att rekryteringsprocessen sker genom Academic Work men du kommer anställas direkt hos Vandewiele Sweden AB.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
I rollen kommer du att arbeta med både löpande kvalitetssäkring och nyutveckling i projektform. Du kommer bland annat:


* Agera ”first line of contact” och ansvarig mot kunder med avseende på kvalitetsrelaterade ärenden & ansvarig för kvalitetssäkring inom projekt enligt APQP
* Arbeta med handläggning/stängning av avvikelserapporter & kundklagomål
* Ha kontinuerlig uppföljning av kvalitetsutfall i produktion och hos kund
* Koordinera produktionsanpassningar i produktutvecklingsprojekt
* Hantera revision av produkter och utfärdande produktionsstyrande dokument samt upprätta/underhålla tillverkningskostnad i samband med revisionsändring
* Kontinuerligt arbeta med ständiga förbättringar


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Har en ingenjörsexamen, alternativt YH-utbildning, gärna med inriktning inom elektronik
- Har erfarenhet från en liknande roll

About the position

In your role as Electronics Engineer & System Architect, you will have a key role in the electronics design work as you work with development of products in close collaboration with colleagues and suppliers. In this position you will be a part of the Hardware Team, which today consists of three persons - two Component Owners and one Hardware Engineer. The team is working mainly with electronics, e.g. controllers, sensors and scanners which we provide to our partners together with our software solutions for AGVs and mobile robots.

As a Component Owner Electronics, you will have component ownership for a number of hardware components with focus on sensors and scanners. The majority of the components are co-developed with a third-party, which means that it is important to create good specifications and perform thorough component evaluations rather than own design work.

In your daily work as a Component Owner Electronics you will:

- Be in contact with our suppliers to ensure product development, continuous improvements and compliance with specifications, requirements, standards
- Ensure that the product / component has the right quality, the right cost, the right testability, the right producibility, the right usability, in accordance with standards and environmental requirements


- Life cycle management of the product (viable) by initiating product changes etc
- Continuous improvement of the product and its attributes (quality, cost, etc.)
- Verify and approve products according to standards and specifications
- Some customer contact to ensure excellent customer experience
- Ensure quality in handling product changes
- Perform ordered product changes in accordance with defined processes
- Be part of the product development process with responsibility in verification in accordance with defined processes


In the future, you might be able to work with external monitoring of upcoming key components and innovative work by attending fairs, investigate different suppliers etc.

Must have
To be successful in this role you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electro, mechatronics or similar. You have at least 3 years work experience relevant for this position. Apart from this, you have experience and competence in:

- Defining requirements and reviewing electronic components
- EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), design for EMC and analysis of test results
- Verification methodologies and test systems
- Planning and implementation of qualifying testing, EMC and environment
- Reviewing and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written

Overview

The person we’re looking for will ensure that Essity’s global process for complaint management at any time is reflecting business and regulatory needs. This role is also responsible for making sure that this process is effectively developed and used by our employees.


What You Will Do
Drive, implement, clarify and maintain the process.
To initiate and manage continuous process and interface improvement.
To lead the network, CIP team and key contacts in the complaint area.
To reflect best practice from the industry incl. benchmarking.
To provide understanding though education and training, foster engagement and provide support with the key process users in order to keep the quality of the processes´ output high
To drive, develop and maintain a global governance structure and follow up the process´ performance
To ensure relevant and accessible information by keeping the home page for the Complaint Management Process update


More than this you will secure that the global complaint management process follows the business strategy (including digital) and fulfil regulatory and certification demands as well as Essity standards.


Who You Are
Technical background with minimum 5 years of experience in process management in a large, global company setting, ideally in the FMCG or medical device industry
Sound knowledge in relevant processes across the value chain from innovation over supply chain towards marketing & sales
In-depth SAP-ERP usage.
Knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IFS, BRC) and their impact to the business
Quality management system knowledge
Fluent English, both orally and in writing
Ability to drive and perform tasks in a self-driven manner.
Ability to convert process and regulatory needs into compelling, target group-oriented language.
Ability to influence stakeholders.
