Information Security Controller

Overview
The Information Security Team establishes and manages Essity Group’s information security on behalf of our CIO. Security is governed and managed through Essity Information Security Management System (ISMS). An Information Security Controller has a broad responsibility to cover tasks in all parts of the ISMS. The Controller reports to Director Information Security.
Generally, each team member’s responsibility is defined annually and is assigned based on Essity’s current risk exposure, the team member’s competences and individual development goals.
What you will do
Your main responsibilities:
Continuous technology and information risk watch.
Risk management; provide security guidance to the company including IT colleagues.
Manage incidents and service requests addressed through the service desk system.
Continuous improvement our security services based on our risk portfolio.
IT security governance and monthly monitoring; give directions and following up through compliance management.
Compile reports to IT Management providing assurance that information security is being adequately addressed.

Furthermore, this position will specifically be responsible for the information security audits accomplished on behalf of Essity’s Internal Audit function. You will in this role be travelling, shorter trips to approximately 20 Essity sites per year. The sites are all over the world, but mostly in Europe. Depending on your career aspirations you will then have the possibility to take ownership and responsibility of the full security audit service.  
Who you are:
University degree in computer science or risk management
Ideally you have some years of experience within Information Security but applications from newly graduated are more than welcome, with advantage if you have taken information security or risk management courses.
A team-player who is self-motivated with a positive attitude.
High ability to deliver results within agreed time.
Quality oriented with high documentation and presentation skills.
We appreciate CISSP certification or other proof of experience and competence.
We also believe you are a person with confidence and a can-do attitude.

The role as Account Manager is independent, where you work in projects with implementing Tork EasyCube with our customers. Tork EasyCube is a facility management software that brings a whole new level of efficiency and quality to cleaning operations. Real-time data from connected devices and dispenser systems is communicated via the cloud to the easy-to-use Tork EasyCube software and gives the cleaners information to help them act on what is needed and where.
As Account Manager you are responsible for the customer and for their development regarding EasyCube. You help them set up the system from start, make sure that they get the information and education needed as well as analyzing data from the system to be able to make potential adjustments. You support both cleaners and facility management with the customer and also work in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and Customer Service internally at Essity.
The position includes travel a few days per week in the Nordic countries.

·        Monitor and improve supplier performance by reviewing supplier rating results and following up with corrective actions (CAPA) from audits and quality reviews

·        Participate actively in improving SQM tools and implementing best practices within Essity
·        Ability to travel 60 days per year on an international basis
Who you are

About the role
The Global Sourcing Manager will be a member of a remote Global Indirect Sourcing team securing supply as well as delivering cost efficiency and additional value in sourcing programs. This is done by developing and executing supply stream strategies in the area of Indirect Sourcing. You report directly to the Global Sourcing Director. Domestic and international travel will be required.
Main responsibilities
·        Be Essity´s sourcing expert in the area of Indirect Sourcing
·        Gather and analyze spend and price data, identifying opportunities for consolidations and negotiations based on company data

Workspace Services & HR Assistant

Essity Edet Bruk är ett returpappersbruk med en årsproduktion på ca 100.000 ton. De olika produktionsavsnitten inom fabriken är ångcentral, massaberedning, papperstillverkning, konvertering och logistik. Overview
The Information Security Team establishes and manages Essity Group’s information security on behalf of our CIO. Security is governed and managed through Essity Information Security Management System (ISMS). An Information Security Controller has a broad responsibility to cover tasks in all parts of the ISMS. The Controller reports to Director Information Security.

Generally, each team member’s responsibility is defined annually and is assigned based on Essity’s current risk exposure, the team member’s competences and individual development goals.

What you will do

Your main responsibilities:
Continuous technology and information risk watch.
Risk management; provide security guidance to the company including IT colleagues. Support and follow up on remediating activities.
Manage incidents and service requests addressed through the service desk system.
Continuous improvement of the ISMS.
Evolve Essity’s information security capabilities consistent with the risk portfolio including security awareness activities.
IT security governance and monthly monitoring; give directions and following up through compliance management.
Conduct internal information security audits on locations and services based on Essity’s information security standards.
Compile reports to IT Management providing assurance that information security is being adequately addressed.


Furthermore, this position will specifically be responsible for the information security audits accomplished on behalf of Essity’s Internal Audit function. You will after 6-12 month take full responsibility for the security audit service and most of the security audits. You will be travelling, shorter trips to approximately 20 Essity sites per year. The sites are all over the world, but mostly in Europe.

Graduate Unit controller within Finance

Overview
Essity Lilla Edet is a tissue mill and international distribution center located in the area with the same name north of Gothenburg in Sweden. The mill has an annual capacity of approximately 100.000 ton of tissue for both professional hygiene and consumer tissue. The mill consists of several production steps, including recycled fiber processing, steam central, logistics, waste water treatment, papermaking and converting as well as several support functions where one is the Controlling organization.

Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager within Essity´s global unit for Global Brand, Innovations and Sustainability which delivers global brand development and innovation for Tork, the world’s leading professional hygiene brand.  The Quality Improvement Manager will contribute to a global technical center of excellence responsible for total quality management, dispenser tooling & manufacturing, documentation control, new technology development (R&D), and product development support.  This position will manage the dispenser quality assurance work within the Category for new product development, planning/deployment/launch, and corrective and prevention actions for existing products.

About the role:

Förutom inköpschefen består avdelningen också av en junior teknisk inköpare/inköpsadministratör. Syftet med rollen är följande:Leda kostnadsoptimeringsprojekt, främst lokalt men även tvärs fabriksenheterStötta och samarbeta med beställare i fabriken i inköpsrelaterade frågor, tex. förråd, underhåll, tekniker, ingenjörer, logistik, planerare, HR etc.Samarbeta med Global Sourcing, tex.
