About the position
The group you will be part of is the service partner to the entire company delivering services within Treasury Services. They are in the beginning of a transformation journey, meaning going from a regional organization set up to a service aligned and to develop their way of working making use of new modern technology and solutions.
As Treasury Specialist you are responsible for part of Treasury Services in Region Europe in according to relevant accounting principles, regulations and standards, whether established by the company, by authorities and regulators.
Main Tasks
• Responsible for own daily Treasury Services activities within the region such as Payment runs, Liquidity planning, Hedging and Reporting to Group Treasury
• Responsible for delivering the Treasury services aligned with the agreed global frame work
• Accountable for master data bank account, payments, banking admin, reporting of currency exposure and liquidity forecast within region
• Accountable for that the daily treasury activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant accounting principles, regulations and standards
• Accountable for build relationships within area of responsibility (internally) and manage ongoing relationships to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
• Contribute in development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes within Treasury Services areas of responsibilities.
This is a temporary position until March 2020 with the possibility of extension for the right person. Start is mid-August 2019.
You report to the Team leader Treasury Services Europe and this European position is located in Mölndal. Some travel can be required.
Key Competencies
• University Degree or similar in finance
• Equivalent to 2-5 years´ Finance/Operational Treasury experience
• Experienced in treasury and payment activities
• Experienced in new digital ways of working
• Have high level of service and internal / external customers in focus
• Able to collaborate within own and across teams
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• International work orientation or experience
