Your responsibilities
Work in an environment of international collaboration within the different Power Consulting units, working on consulting assignments, using established standards, methods and technologies, to develop solutions and resolve issues.
Propose technical and engineering solutions to meet the client needs and actively seek feedback for improvement.
Complete life cycle analysis modeling for products and processes using LCA software; develop environmental product declarations for products.
Conduct work (e.g., research, market studies, qualitative and quantitative analysis and policy support, report writing and presentation development) across a range of international climate and energy projects.
Help drive project proposals including proposed approaches, timelines, staffing plans, and budgets

Your background
Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems, sustainability or similar, and experience in the energy sector is required.
Strong knowledge in power systems products, sustainability studies, cost-benefit analysis, energy economics and documentation.
Experience in developing, adapting and implementing LCA methodology development to complete studies with various degrees of granularity.
Software knowledge in C Programming, MATLAB, Simulink, GaBi Dfx, Homer, Python and Microsoft office pack, specially Excel, PowerBI and VBA.
You have an analytic and solution oriented working style.
You are customer focused and quality oriented.
Experience with GHG inventories
To successfully take on this position, you need the ability to plan and prioritize, also systemic thinking.

Besides working with customer defined projects, Power Consulting has own R&D of new generation of consultancy services for power and energy industry that is financed internally.
Your responsibilities
In this exciting new consultant role, you will get the opportunity to take part in and deliver major, often challenging assignments, together with our consultants and experts from local as well as international Power Consulting offices.
In addition, you will lead your own projects including delivery and customer relationship development. The projects are typically within the area of power system analysis including power system modelling and simulation, protection coordination, power quality analysis, etc.

Your background
As a successful candidate:
You have a PhD or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems or similar.
You have a minimum of two-three years’ experience in the consulting and energy branch.
You have strong knowledge in power systems analysis, as well as experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD and/or DIgSILENT Power Factory.
Programming skill in Python, C++, etc is a merit.
You have an analytical mindset and you are independent, self-going, and take your own initiatives to solve problems.
You have a proven experience in creating opportunities in the markets (orders capture).
You have excellent influencing, collaborating and communication skills. It is necessary to be fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken alike.
