Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:
Granska, verifiera och registrera inkommande order i Atlantis ordersystem samt i Movex
Justera arbetsorder samt följa upp att dessa är korrekta eller åtgärda eventuella felaktigheter
Scanna gipsmodeller
Skeppa det färdigproducerade materialet till kund och avsluta kundorder
Besvara kundfrågor eller interna frågor via telefon eller mail
Att felsöka och förstå integrationen mellan olika mjukvaror och system

I rollen som Abutment Design Technician designar du kundspecifika distanser med hjälp av ett expertsystem. För att utveckla dessa komponenter används senaste CAD/CAM teknologin och du kommer att arbeta i en virtuell designmiljö enligt en patentskyddad process. Verksamheten är kundorderstyrd med krav på utleverans till kund nästföljande dag. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår;

Att designa utefter kundorder
Kvalitetskontroll och att frisläppa tillverkningsorder
Att scanna tandmodeller
Att ha kontakt med kunder för att lösa specifika kundkrav

About the position
As Manager for Production Maintenance and Support you are accountable for a group of Maintenance and Automation Technicians and Engineers. Together with your team you support Production as primary focus, but will also participate in forward looking projects. You will be reporting to the Director of Operations and have a significant role in the factory’s management team.

Your key accountabilities are:
Leading and developing your team to ensure a high level of competence in its daily effort to support the factory’s production targets
Ensuring the quality of our products by maintaining equipment and processes within validated state
Enabling a high OEE based on well planned preventive maintenance and quick response time
Improving the production processes and support Continuous Improvement work
Managing your team to support projects, both for new and existing products/production lines
Participate in cross-functional teams within Operations to find efficient production solutions


Who you are
You will be contributing with a clear leadership to the DentsplySirona Implants organization, an eager approach to challenges, equipped with the skills to influence and inspire people where every day makes a difference.

We believe you have:
more than 10 years’ experience of maintaining automated manufacturing processes and efficient maintenance work, TPM or similar
several years of proven leadership in various technical areas and change processes
