Responsibilities
Be the primary commercial interface between Kongsberg Automotive and key customer accounts by taking ownership of strategic business development and long-term relationship management
Drive sustainable profitable growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with key customers
Oversee all commercial aspects of the accounts, including strategy development, sales activities, forecasting, and reporting
Lead and coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Finance and Purchasing) to deliver value driven customer results
Develop strong customer relationships with both existing and new customer accounts

Take responsibility for achieving account sales targets, new business development, sales budget & forecasting, and commercial excellence

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven track record in OEM account management, including closing deals and managing complex customer interfaces
Strong business acumen, structured analytical thinking with a fast-paced customer focused attitude
Ability to work independently while being a strong contributor to international, cross-functional teams
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Valid class B driver’s license
Willing to travel up to 30% of time
This position based at our office in Mölndal

Requirements

About the position

About the position

Responsibilities
In this role you will be part of our global international Indirect Purchasing organization and play a key role in improving our productivity and overall business. You will get global responsibility for purchase of transportation at KA, including Road, Air and Sea services.

Responsibilities
As a KAM, your main responsibility lies on the relationship with the customer. The KAM manages all aspects of that relationship by ensuring that all transactions with the customer are consistent and communicated with a single voice. The KAM leads the customer team in developing of customer plans and roadmaps as guide to increase Kongsberg Automotive market share as well as marketing strategies that support new product development.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the budget sales topline of your account including forecast and assumptions to future business development (SOP, EOP, ramp ups, LTAs etc).
Requirements
You have a relevant BSc or BA degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Account Manager in the automotive industry or equivalent.
Preferably, you are familiar with European OEM’s in the commercial vehicle area and have a solid grasp of the automotive market, customers and business norms. Fluent in English, both verbal and written, is a requirement and Swedish is seen beneficial.
As a person, you have strong interpersonal skills, which makes it natural for you to lead and work within cross-functional teams on a global basis. Your personal drive and ability to communicate makes it easy for you to obtain and maintain strong relations both internal and external. We believe that you are entrepreneurial and result-oriented and make quick decisions based on a combination of experience as well as advice from other people. About the position
We are now looking for a committed and motivated Cost Specialist to our global purchasing team. You will work closely with the global category managers and project buyers for injection moulding, rubber, and foam in order to support strategic purchasing processes and projects. You will also be supporting calculations for other categories based upon your background and experience. The position will be based in our facilities in Mölndal, Gothenburg.
Alternatively, this position could be located at our Tech Center in Hallbergmoos near Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities
-Support Design to Cost optimizations for projects in early development or concept phase in close cooperation with R&D, ensure optimized choice of technology, materials and manufacturing process considering our suppliers' manufacturing capabilities
-Support project purchasing and sales with quick cost estimates in the Define and Quote phase
-Support project purchasing with cost model targets for the supplier awarding process, detailed analysis of cost breakdowns from supplier vs. our internal cost model breakdowns, active support in the negotiations with the suppliers targeted for sourcing
-Support change management process, verify new price and ensure accuracy in quote from supplier, support the evaluation and the commercial impact of engineering changes
-Support VSM and VA/VE activities at supplier to optimize cost, e. g. by initiating changes in the manufacturing process or changes on the components
-Assist project buyers with tooling cost calculations
-Perform cost breakdown analysis of supplier prices / quotes
-Support the continuous development of Cost Estimation methodology
-Train the purchasing community and other departments on cost drivers and cost structure
-Perform and manage cost reviews or audits at suppliers and ensure implementation of findings


Requirements

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, engineering or business administration
