Global Operational Services (GOPS) includes Global Procurement, Supply Chain Development, Global Business Services, IT Strategy & Business Technology and IT Services.
About the role
Currently we have an open position for a Procurement Analyst within Global Procurement Excellence team. The preferred location for this role is our Gothenburg office.
The essence is to develop and implement analytical tools and reports across systems by utilizing advanced analytics. This role will support in developing and measuring KPIs, SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and business compliance requirements. the right candidate will have close collaboration with all other Global Procurement functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Procurement Analytics
Analyze internal and external data historic spend data and identify trends and patterns to derive opportunities for optimization
Develop analytics tools and reports to meet business objectives and needs
Ensure tools and reports are ready for implementation
Support to develop business intelligence tools that can be used by the the business to add real value to the top and bottom line
Process Performance
Measure SLA / KPIs, compare to targets and distribute results
Review SLA / KPI report and identify areas for improvement
What you will do
You will in this role work with continuous improvements where you actively support best practice sharing across geographies. You will support the development of SLA’s and KPI’s for the Global Procurement organization. Also, you will work in close collaboration with the Global category teams and procurement operations, so having ability to network across the company is essential. In this role, you will furthermore improve user acceptance and process efficiency for the organization and work together with departments like IT, Master Data, GBS AccPay etc. You are preferably someone technically savvy who can drive evaluation and implementation of new tools.

So, to be successful in this role, you need a minimum Bachelor degree with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, finance, procurement, or comparable professional education. You have certain working experience in similar role in procurement environment.
You work independently and are comfortable in driving smaller projects and work towards multiple stakeholders in a high-pace matrix organization. You speak and write English on a fluent level. Given that you will have multiple stakeholders across the business, you should be a good communicator, with high sense of collaboration. As you will come across a wide range of people in all levels of the organization it is essential to have the ability to create and maintain relationships with colleagues.
Furthermore, you should:
Be comfortable with processing and analysis – big data analytics/ trend analytics is an advantage
Have experience in PowerBI or SAP Analytics Cloud
Actively drive analytical solution implementation by following up development progress, testing and documenting
It is an advantage if you have process and business understanding in procurement environment also experienced in SAP Ariba/SAP R3/S4HANA
