About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. In this role, that supports all procurement areas (direct, indirect and logistics), you’ll be responsible for key procurement systems and tools, including Supplier Management, Analytics, and ERP. You’ll define and communicate product vision and roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with Mölnlycke’s overarching IT strategy.
You’ll also be responsible for procurement master data, collaborating with stakeholders to define data sets, establish governance principles, and drive data quality initiatives. Your work will support data-driven decision-making and enable efficient, standardized procurement processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize procurement system landscape and tools
Define product vision and roadmap based on business needs
Manage product backlog and delivery strategy, including testing and change management
Standardize, simplify, and automate procurement processes and documentation
Act as Procurement Business Architect in collaboration with IT Solution Architects
Lead governance structures and application management
Define and maintain procurement master data and governance principles
Support training and communication across the global procurement community

What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with international exposure
Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and systems
Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP and procurement tools
Ability to train and mentor others in a multicultural setting
Ability to drive change in an international environment
Understanding of the Healthcare/Medical Device industry
Academic degree in Business or a related technical field
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

About the position
The Global Purchasing organization in Kongsberg Automotive is implementing an ambitious digitalization roadmap to meet internal and external requirements and to support purchasing performance excellence. Kongsberg Automotive is currently implementing a new Purchasing IT-platform Jaggaer (Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Contract Management, Sourcing/RFQ, Purchase-to-Order (P2O) etc.) which is a significant part of this digitalization roadmap. In parallel, a Purchasing transformation for Indirect material and services purchasing organization is ongoing, where the system is an important prerequisite and enabler. Responsibilities
We are looking for a System & Process Manager who will:
Lead the development and implementation of Global Purchasing digitalization roadmap, implementation of purchasing systems and set up, usage of the system and data visibility and analysis within the Purchasing Organization, in close connection with other Systems & Process Managers, IS&T, Supplier Quality, Logistics, and other affected functions as applicable.
Primarily (but not limited to) be responsible for the systems, processes and data connected to:
Indirect products/services as well as
Purchasing performance/business control visualization and analytics
Lead the system and data exchange improvement towards the supplier base
Represent the purchasing organization in improvement projects within the company related to processes, systems and data
Drive change managements related to the points above



You will actively be part of our central System & Process team, interacting with all other stakeholders in purchasing and in Kongsberg Automotive, working very closely together striving for the same goal. As main responsible for the Indirect system transformation and implementation you will work closely with our Indirect Purchasing team and all the global stakeholders, who are currently transforming the Indirect purchasing through centralization and through rolling out a state-of-the art E-Procurement / P2O platform globally.
This role is key for us to reach our goal and you will report to Global Director for Process, System and Services located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The position location will be either Gothenburg, Sweden or Pruszkow, Poland

What You Will Do
As a Sustainable Sourcing manager, you will be part of the Sustainable Sourcing team within Global Sourcing and your main areas of responsibilities will be:
Support in the development and implementation of our Sustainability targets to secure we source from suppliers who share the same values, as outlined in our Global Supplier Standard, to promote responsible business practices and respect for human rights in our supplier base
Work globally to coordinate with and support the Sourcing teams to assure the integration of social, ethical and environmental performance factors into the process of selecting and monitoring suppliers
Secure implementation of our key compliance tools e.g. Global Supplier Standard, Sedex, anti-corruption screening. Collaborate with Essity’s external audit partner to plan social/ethical audits of suppliers in high risk countries for human rights’ violations
Act as a matter expert related to sustainability questions in Essity’s supplier base. Showcasing profound competence related to our tools, procedures as well as to external factors such as legislation, market trends and customer/consumer expectations
Support the development and implementation of procedure and tools, to be used by our Sourcing teams to secure compliance from new and incumbent suppliers. This includes risks assessment tools and information related to social- and ethical performance of suppliers
Keep yourself up to date with the overall sustainability agenda and targets of Essity and what are the priorities from the Business Units and Categories
Development and roll out training, related to the various Sustainable Sourcing topics (e.g. targets, tools, procedures, risk exposure), to our Sourcing teams
Act partner to the Business Units and support with specific customer and consumer requests related to social and ethical compliance of the supplier base globally
Assure close and pro-active collaboration with all internal stakeholders (e.g. Sustainability teams, Business Units) to drive the Sustainable Sourcing agenda throughout the supply chain

Who You Are

3-4 years’ experience from practical Sustainable Sourcing and Sustainability activities related to supply chain. Experience from Supply Chain and/or Sourcing is qualifying
Formal Auditor exams according to ISO13485, ISO14000 and SA8000 is qualifying
Proven track record of successful execution of supplier ethical assurance activities in either Sourcing- or Sustainability organization, with close relations to customers and suppliers·
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Risk Management, SRM, Business Planning

As a member of the Indirect and Enabling Functions procurement organisation you will work as part of the Facilities Management category team supporting business areas across AZ. We have a global remit, focusing on the development and deployment of global category strategies and plans for facilities management. The role is accountable for managing our supplier relationships, business partnering with sites, and growing the category influence into R&D, Operations, and Commercial areas globally. As we continue our ‘Growth through Innovation’ strategy there is a growing demand to integrate and outsource our Facilities Management in partnership with the business. The role has accountability for a spend category or market across a region or the whole of AstraZeneca (maybe single or multiple areas), leading both demand and supply side activities. Responsibilities
What you'll do
Oversee implementation of market/category plans to ensure that the underpinning process improvement and procurement activities deliver the expected business value in accordance with the strategic plans.
Develop long term strategic plans for agreed scope of spend area, with a focus on delivering broader value, innovation, and savings.
Support the team in strategic relationship management (customer and supplier) - ensuring Market & Category Strategies are fully aligned to current and future Business need, and we maintain a supply base capable of supporting these strategies.
Work alongside Operations Global Procurement Services (OGPS) in advising on and driving procurement strategies to make decisions necessary to make purchases in congruence with organisational objectives.
Coordinate the introduction of new and modified products and services with appropriate departments.
Analyse and resolve issues raised in procurement audit reports.
Advise on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex products and services with new and existing suppliers.
Cross functionally support Global procurement colleagues and collaborate on setting and executing the strategy.
Deliver Ambition Zero Carbon agenda, US to 2025 relating to energy supply contracts, decarbonise energy supply/consumption.
