Vi söker en erfaren och självgående Supply Chain Manager som tar ett helhetsansvar för inköpsplaneringen. Rollen kombinerar operativt genomförande med ett affärsnära, strategiskt perspektiv där målet är att optimera balansen mellan tillgänglighet, lagernivåer och cashflow.
Du arbetar mot flera lagerställen: ett centrallager i Sverige som försörjer marknader i norra Europa samt dotterbolag med egna lager i Spanien, Frankrike, Storbritannien och Polen. Produktionen sker i Kina med cirka fyra månaders total ledtid (produktion och sjöfrakt).

About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. In this role, that supports all procurement areas (direct, indirect and logistics), you’ll be responsible for key procurement systems and tools, including Supplier Management, Analytics, and ERP. You’ll define and communicate product vision and roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with Mölnlycke’s overarching IT strategy.
You’ll also be responsible for procurement master data, collaborating with stakeholders to define data sets, establish governance principles, and drive data quality initiatives. Your work will support data-driven decision-making and enable efficient, standardized procurement processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize procurement system landscape and tools
Define product vision and roadmap based on business needs
Manage product backlog and delivery strategy, including testing and change management
Standardize, simplify, and automate procurement processes and documentation
Act as Procurement Business Architect in collaboration with IT Solution Architects
Lead governance structures and application management
Define and maintain procurement master data and governance principles

What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with international exposure

DIN ROLL
I rollen som Inköpsstrateg/specialist har du i uppdrag att stötta koncernens behov gällande inköp och upphandlingar. Du kommer att utveckla inköpsarbetet och hålla våra rutiner och mallar uppdaterade men även höja och bibehålla inköps- och upphandlingskompetensen inom koncernen. What You Will Do
As a Sustainable Sourcing manager, you will be part of the Sustainable Sourcing team within Global Sourcing and your main areas of responsibilities will be:
Support in the development and implementation of our Sustainability targets to secure we source from suppliers who share the same values, as outlined in our Global Supplier Standard, to promote responsible business practices and respect for human rights in our supplier base

Support the development and implementation of procedure and tools, to be used by our Sourcing teams to secure compliance from new and incumbent suppliers. This includes risks assessment tools and information related to social- and ethical performance of suppliers
Keep yourself up to date with the overall sustainability agenda and targets of Essity and what are the priorities from the Business Units and Categories
Development and roll out training, related to the various Sustainable Sourcing topics (e.g. targets, tools, procedures, risk exposure), to our Sourcing teams

Who you are

We have a global remit, focusing on the development and deployment of global category strategies and plans for facilities management. The role is accountable for managing our supplier relationships, business partnering with sites, and growing the category influence into R&D, Operations, and Commercial areas globally. As we continue our ‘Growth through Innovation’ strategy there is a growing demand to integrate and outsource our Facilities Management in partnership with the business. We have truly global Category demand, and you will interact and partner with colleagues across the enterprise. Key success criteria will include building close relationships with the engineering teams, site leads and at Senior Leadership levels to enable development and execution of sourcing strategies. You'll also collaborate with procurement colleagues in each of the regions to understand their demand, priorities and requirements, and to agree category priorities within their areas of accountability.

The role has accountability for a spend category or market across a region or the whole of AstraZeneca (maybe single or multiple areas), leading both demand and supply side activities. You will gain cross-category experience and exposure in support of facility strategies, supporting your colleagues globally. Responsibilities
What you'll do
Oversee implementation of market/category plans to ensure that the underpinning process improvement and procurement activities deliver the expected business value in accordance with the strategic plans.
Develop long term strategic plans for agreed scope of spend area, with a focus on delivering broader value, innovation, and savings.
Support the team in strategic relationship management (customer and supplier) - ensuring Market & Category Strategies are fully aligned to current and future Business need, and we maintain a supply base capable of supporting these strategies.
Work alongside Operations Global Procurement Services (OGPS) in advising on and driving procurement strategies to make decisions necessary to make purchases in congruence with organisational objectives.
Coordinate the introduction of new and modified products and services with appropriate departments.
Analyse and resolve issues raised in procurement audit reports.
Advise on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex products and services with new and existing suppliers.
Cross functionally support Global procurement colleagues and collaborate on setting and executing the strategy.
Deliver Ambition Zero Carbon agenda, US to 2025 relating to energy supply contracts, decarbonise energy supply/consumption.


Qualifications
Essential for the role
Educated to Degree level or equivalent
Significant experience in similar environment at a management level
Sound understanding of Safety, Health and Environment
Project management, change management and people management skills
Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry / or related industries
Good understanding on sustainable energy solutions
Technical expertise in at least one Procurement area, and competence in several others
Communication skills and ability to influence others
Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations

The Alliance Management team's purpose is to define the outsourcing strategy across the R&D organisations; ensure our key suppliers deliver to the needs of the organisations; and to develop strong partnerships with key suppliers.

Responsibilities
The role of the Alliance Manager is to support the Alliance Lead in handling one or more supplier(s) contracted to deliver fully outsourced clinical trials and / or provide functional outsourced services, within the scope of Alliance Management support. You will be responsible for supporting governance activities, providing training on Alliance Management supported delivery models / suppliers and be a primary point of contact for study teams for general questions relating to ways of working within the delivery model.

Your role covers four main areas:
Supplier/Model Governance support where you will support preparation for operational governance of the supplier(s) / model(s) and participate in meeting, as required. You will also work with internal subject matter experts / process owners and counterparts in supplier organisations to ensure the maintenance of interface processes and ways of working e.g alliance model guidance documents
Performance monitoring support. Here you will support monitoring of quality and performance in alignment with the governance requirements and appropriate service level agreements, through maintenance of portfolio and study level metrics dashboards
Alliance Lead support where you're encouraged to support ongoing assessment of Lessons Learned and seek new opportunities to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement within supplier, across functions and across delivery models
Study team support/training – this accountability requires you to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities across delivery teams for assigned delivery model(s) and provide support to study teams with ways of working within the model, developing and providing training on the framework, as required


Qualifications
Crucial requirements:
University degree in related field, or equivalent
Strong experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization / Clinical Study Delivery
Good knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process at various phases of development
Experience of working effectively with external suppliers
Strong leadership and influencing skills, especially without authority and with resilience
Ability to network and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners
Strong project management skills (not necessarily as formal project leader).


Desirable requirements:
Knowledge of alliance governance frameworks and processes (including performance metrics)
Ability to work flexibly to tackle problems that involve many decision makers, and develop multiple options/recommendations
Ability to identify continuous improvement & innovation opportunities
