We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product Development team in Mölndal. As a Quality Assurance Engineer you?will have a vital part in developing our products from concept to go-live for our clients. Our products and solutions are used all over the world in all parts of society. You ensure the validation and verification is done in the most productive way given timing, platform and product. With a risk-based approach you will combine manual exploratory testing and test automation to certify good coverage and decrease the time to market. You will join a cross functional team developing our SaaS and on-prem solutions. Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline
have 5 + year´s professional experience as a functional tester/test developer?or software developer?

have proven skills of exploratory testing?

have the ability to?communicate?effectively?with?peers and stakeholders?
have?experience of performance testing
are?fluent in English, spoken and written??

Qmatic is on a transformation journey to become a SaaS leader in the Customer Journey Management world. As a Front End Developer you will be part of the cloud team developing Qmatic’s first product for a multi-tenancy SaaS architecture from?concept to go-live?for our clients. Our products and solutions are used all over the world in all parts of society. You will work in a cross functional team and have close collaboration with our UX designers to realize an appealing and intuitive user experience for our clients. Supported by our design system, you will bring your technical skill set to play, using components for a consistent look and feel to our products. Your role and responsibilities
As a?UX Designer at Qmatic you will design the user experience of our expanding cloud services. In collaboration with other UX and Visual Designers in the Experience Design Team, you will ensure a seamless customer experience across the Qmatic cloud eco-system. You will work in the entire field of user-centered design, from research and concept development, workshops facilitation, conducting interviews and performing user tests, to detailed design specification and collaboration with developers, as well as optimizing the user experience and follow up on business impacts. You will also be part of the team evolving our design system.

Have been designing for at least 5 years as UX/UI designer, service/product designer or similar role.
Have the ability to understand the needs of both the users and the business and can transform that knowledge into services that provide real value.
Move comfortably between the different parts of the user experience design spectrum; such as user group analysis, concept development, usability tests, prototyping, UI component design etc.
Have excellent knowledge of user-centered design methods, design patterns and interaction design principles.
Have the ability of working with customer journeys, service blueprints and business impact mapping, and feel comfortable in facilitating workshops.
Have strong visual and conceptual design skills and demonstrated ability to design high-impact digital solutions with modern UI.
Have the ability to prototype interfaces and deliver detailed design specifications using Figma.
Have the ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Web Manager, you are responsible for Qmatic’s websites and marketing automation platform. Your main objective is to maintain and develop our website so that it attracts new and returning visitors and supports online demand generation in all stages of the buyer’s journey. In that lies also ensuring that the website is aligned with our brand vision and values and stays on par with industry standards in terms of appearance and performance. On the back end of things, you are the one who ensures that marketing and communication run smoothly through our marketing automation systems.
A few examples of tasks in this role:
Optimize the website for improved traffic and conversions
Make sure web appearance looks correct according to visual identity
Work together with content owners on updates, and populate content
Monitor and improve the site’s technical performance
Run smaller and larger web development projects with agencies and/or internal resources
Deliver web statistics to relevant stakeholders
Be a superuser, trainer, and admin of Qmatic’s Hubspot Marketing and CMS Hub
Structure Hubspot from the backend with naming conventions, audits for clean-outs, etc
Keep the marketing contact data clean and up to date

Your profile

As we are expanding our?Product Management department,?we are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development of applications aimed at staff and end customers throughout the customer journey. In addition the role will also manage and lead the development of the technical provisioning solution for these applications.

The product owner role also includes ensuring product documentation, both identify the need as well as provide content.
