What You’ll Do:
Plan, direct, supervise, and monitor all payroll activities for the Nordic region in collaboration with external payroll providers.
Manage and oversee monthly payroll and post-payroll processes, including coordination with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, as well as preparing payments and reports for stakeholders.
Support the internal payroll team with complex activities and facilitate their professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries, scheduling regular meetings, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Lead projects and initiatives to implement key changes, enhance processes, and deliver innovative payroll services that achieve customer excellence.
Oversee non-cyclical payroll tasks such as vendor management, year-end declarations, process improvements, and support for global and regional payroll initiatives, including team management and integration projects.



The Person:
Excellent Nordic Payroll knowledge (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark)
Fluent English and Swedish speaker (read, written, spoken)
Prior experience in a similar position
Ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working towards strict deadlines
Strong Excel skills and willingness to develop them
Have exceptional attention to detail

Who You Are and What You’ll Do
We are looking for a curious problem solver to support the HR function with HR and Payroll related administration. To be successful in this role you should have a great sense of structure and an eye for detail to be able to navigate successfully through our systems and administration. It is also important that you work with integrity and feel confident handling confidential data as the job contains maintenance of personnel records. As we do work in an international environment it’s important that you are flexible and able to see things from different perspectives.
Tasks involve
HR Administration: entering, updating, and maintaining information in our HR system PeopleSoft in relation to new hires, terminations, employment changes etc.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: Consolidate and submit payroll data for processing as well as controlling this data. This is done in cooperation with internal/external payroll resources. You will also be updating information with our HR/benefit providers.
Investigate and advice on relevant matters within HR, such as legislation, compensation, and benchmarking.
Other tasks related to HR/Payroll: for example, updating HR material such as employee handbook, presentations etc., consolidating reports & statistics, administrate HR vendors and invoicing.

What You’ll Need
Currently studying bachelor or master’s degree within relevant field such as HR or Business Administration.
English and at least one Nordic language at high level, spoken and written. It’s considered beneficial with several Nordic languages.
Good IT skills and overall understanding of Microsoft Office.
Having worked with similar tasks before is beneficial but not a must

Purpose

Purpose
Further develop and build upon long-term relations with the company’s key customers. Customer loyalty is built by creating close relations, combining separate operating systems, and providing focused service from all organizational levels, aiming at a continuous positive development of the annual turnover and the overall profitability for Stanley Black & Decker Nordic.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for the daily contact with the customers that Stanley Black & Decker has defined as being key customers. The work is to be carried out proactively and will revolve initiating marketing activities including working out and implementing annual key account plans and activities aimed at creating long-term relations, in order to develop SBD’s business with customers.
Responsibilities
Business through co-operation with the assigned key customers.
Ensure a continuing positive development for the assigned customers in both turn-over and profit.
Work out and monitor the implementation of annual key account plans for national key customers.
Create a good plan 6 months ahead, put right resources to the right department and lead the project to create good business.
Demand planning of baseline volumes per customer and forecast on campaign products and products outside standard Nordic range is being kept up to date in line with the monthly S&OP; rhythm.
Ensure a close dialogue to create long-term relations with the assigned key customers.
Ensure that the company’s overall strategy is aligned to our key customers and the annual key account plan.
Ensure an optimum internal communication about the current activities with assigned customers.
Ensure that all elements in the co-operation with the assigned customers comply with SBD’s code of conduct, including price control and that the annual contracts are in line with the Global DOA. (Delegation of authority).
Contribute to a positive working environment for all colleagues in the Nordic and local organization, and make an effort to create an optimum co-operation across borders and organizations.
Ensure an optimum communication upwards in the hierarchy in order to contribute to a successful key account management on Nordic level.
Ensure that all sales material, including presentations and relevant products, is always of the highest quality, representing the company in the best way to the customer.
Co-driving with Sales reps to ensure that agreed plans and marketing activities are being implemented as planned and in best way.
Ensure that all assigned key customer stores is kept up to date, in regards to all activities that can influent sales in a positive way. Examples: inventory replenishment; presentation of new products; product training and general motivation of store staff; nursing store POS floor and wall; demo activities and other type of events; sell in and implementation of promotion activities.

Requirements
Higher degree required, min. Bachelor’s degree. Advantage: Business and Marketing degrees.
Fluent Swedish language required, strong English language skills.
3 years sales and national account management experience is ideal, preferably in the Swedish trade/construction market.
Industry or portfolio knowledge preferable, knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
High level knowledge of retail strategies, practices and control.
High level of marketing and commercial skills.
Financial awareness – essential to drive and understand the numbers and for financial budgeting, analysis and planning to use these skills to drive sales and margin for Stanley/Black & Decker/DeWalt.

Purpose of Position
The Social Media Manager Nordics will act as the bridge between Stanley Black & Decker and our various brand communities on our respective social media channels. As the ambassador for our brands, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the region’s social media activities including responding to questions/queries from our audiences, engaging with our fans, organic and paid activity and incorporating user-generated content into our broader brand strategies. The role will also focus on gauging sentiment towards our brands through social listening. This role will further strengthen the customer experience for those interacting with our brands, enhancing our relationship with existing customers and supporting the acquisition of new customers through an increased understanding of our audiences.
Accountability
Work with the GCX team to develop and execute social media strategy, supporting global/regional brand plans, incorporating user-generated content, organic and paid activity that delivers against key marketing initiative
Alignment in executing campaign objectives and content, in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager and Brand team
Interpreting, understanding and acting on performance metrics to optimise execution
Managing Social Media through agreed technology solutions e.g. Percolate and Social Bakers
Work closely with customer support team to resolve customer service issues via social media
Acting as a Brand ambassador, nurturing positive relationships with our audiences through interaction in line with brand tone of voice
Alignment to social media operations alongside brand managers, agency and wider marketing team
Track, evaluate and report on social media interactions on a regular basis
Monitor trends in social, digital and mobile media and exploring new tools, trends and applications that could positively impact our business
Contribute to regular brainstorming sessions to continually bring innovative ideas to supported business units

Skills & Knowledge Required
Exceptional English communication skills (written, verbal)
In depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and actively engaged in using social media in daily life
Ability to engage with consumers through social media while maintaining brand integrity
Understanding of, and the ability to apply, crisis management principles
Experience with direct execution and coordination of Media Buying across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and possibly new Platforms
Experience in Lead Generation through the above-mentioned platforms and the ability to significantly drive metrics costs down, based on optimization strategies
Experience with executing and coordinating wider digital campaigns
Experience interacting and engaging with micro-influencers
Creativity to develop original content that will engage our communities
Working experience of a social media management platform such as Percolat
Experience with a Percolate and Social Bakers would be an advantage
Exceptional organisational and project management skills
Comfortable processing and analysing data
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to execute against deadlines
Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to problems

Qualifications
min. 2+ years of experience within digital/social media, preferably in a corporate environment
Marketing degree level or Business degree with a focus on digital marketing
Scandinavian multi-lingual preferable Visa mindre

The Program

During the 30 month program, we’ll develop, support, encourage and empower you, giving a real hands-on experience with our iconic brands, to make a real difference and impact within Stanley Black & Decker.

You will begin your journey in Summer 2019, going through an onboarding phase and the start of a two and a half- year long training curriculum, which includes:
• Three job roles with two rotations, with preferably one international rotation
• Five Corporate-Resourced Training Weeks, delivered at six-month intervals
• Pre-& Post-Training Support
• Continuous Coaching and Peer Mentoring
• All hosted by Corporate and Business Facilities

Each rotation has project assignments that allow participants to become familiar with how we do business and contribute to the success of that group. The program offers invaluable experiences for participants seeking challenging developmental opportunities to escalate their careers, within Stanley Black & Decker.
