Din roll
Du kommer att tillhöra vår underhållsavdelning som består av åtta medarbetare inom el, mek, instrument och automation. Tillsammans ansvarar vi för allt underhåll på produktionsanläggningarna för värme, kyla, el samt pumpstationerna i fjärrvärmenätet. Vi utför förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll samt driver eller deltar i projekt/underhållsuppdrag.

Som underhållsplanerare är du samordnare mellan underhåll och övriga avdelningar och har ett tätt samarbete med våra driftingenjörer. Du jobbar nära våra underhållsingenjörer inom samtliga discipliner för att säkerställa att anläggningarna underhålls utifrån lagar och krav, med målbilden en hög anläggningstillgänglighet och med fokus på arbetsmiljö. Du ansvarar för planering och beredning av underhållsarbeten och leder mindre underhållsprojekt, men deltar även i större projekt.

En av dina viktigaste uppgifter är att planera och genomföra våra anläggningsrevisioner. Det innebär att tidsplanera entreprenader och arbeten med fokus på säkert och effektivt utförande. Du säkerställer att våra uppdrag alltid drivs, avslutas och dokumenteras på ett riktigt sätt.

Du kommer även att arbeta med att utveckla våra arbetssätt genom att förbättra och initiera underhållsavdelningens arbetsprocesser, instruktioner och rutiner. Vårt underhållssystem hjälper oss att styra vårt underhåll och du kommer dagligen att jobba med felanmälningar, arbetsordrar och systemutveckling. Att ta in offerenter och göra utvärderingar vid upphandlingar av reservdelar och tjänster ingår som en naturlig del i ditt arbete. Samordning av våra aktiviteter kring tryckkärlsarbeten och vårt program för fortlöpande tillsyn ingår vilket även innebär kontakter mot tredjepartsorgan.

Då vi är i en fas där våra anläggningar ständigt utvecklas kommer du att medverka i våra investerings- och ombyggnadsprojekt vilket bland annat innefattar fjärrkyleexpansion. Digitalisering inom vårt underhållsarbete är en utmaning du och övriga i underhållsteamet kommer att jobba med de närmaste åren. Beredskap kan komma att ingå i tjänsten efter en tid hos oss. Arbetet som underhållsplanerare innebär att du jobbar självständigt men med ständig anpassning till vår driftorganisations krav och prioriteringar för våra anläggningars dagliga drift. Därför är det viktigt att du är flexibel, kan samarbeta och trivs med att lösa uppgifter tillsammans.

Vem är du
* Högskoleexamen inom mekanik, kemi eller energi, eller motsvarande erfarenhet.

* Några års arbetslivserfarenhet från process, energi eller liknande industri där du arbetat med drift, underhåll eller projektledning.

About the Role
This role is a permanent position with no probation period.
In line with Essity’s overall strategy Global Procurement will support to provide sustainable products and solutions, made and delivered with respect for people and nature, to our customers and consumers. Sustainable Procurement’s key area of responsibility is to secure social, ethical and environmental demands related to Essity’s sourcing activities globally and to minimize business and ethical risks to Essity. Sustainable Procurement is an integral part of Essity’s procurement and supplier management processes to identify and mitigate potential social, ethical and environmental risks in the supplier base globally.
What You Will Do
As a Sustainable Procurement manager, you will be part of the Sustainable Procurement team within Global Procurement and your main areas of responsibilities will be:
Support in the development and implementation of our Sustainability targets to secure we source from suppliers who share the same values, as outlined in our Global Supplier Standard (www.essity.com/gss), to promote responsible business practices and respect for human rights and the environment in our supplier base globally
Work globally to coordinate with and support the Procurement teams to assure the integration of social, ethical and environmental (e.g. emissions) performance factors into the process of selecting and monitoring suppliers
Secure implementation of our key compliance tools e.g. Global Supplier Standard, Sedex, Anti-corruption screening. Collaborate with Essity’s external audit partner to plan social/ethical audits of suppliers in high risk countries for human rights’ violations
Act as a matter expert related to sustainability questions in Essity’s supplier base. Showcasing profound competence related to our tools and procedures as well as to external factors such as human rights due diligence legislation, environmental legislation, market trends and customer/consumer expectations
Support the development and implementation of procedure and tools, to be used by our Procurement teams to secure compliance from new and incumbent suppliers. This includes risks assessment tools and information related to social, ethical and environmental performance of the suppliers
Keep yourself up to date with the Essity's sustainability agenda and targets and what are the priorities from the Business Units and Categories
Act partner to the Business Units and support with specific customer and consumer requests related to social, ethical and environmental compliance of our supplier base globally
Development and implementation of trainings related to the various Sustainable Procurement topics (e.g. targets, tools, procedures, risk exposure) to our Procurement teams
Assure close and pro-active collaboration with all internal stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Business Units, Global Supply Chain) to drive the Sustainable Procurement agenda throughout the entire supply chain



Who You Are
To be successful in the role you are a good communicator with presentation skills. You have a drive for results, are analytical and thrives working with stakeholders at all levels. Since you will be working in a team, you need to be a team player and collaborate well with others. Furthermore, to succeed in this job, we believe that you have good interpersonal skills, a strong willingness to learn as well as having a positive attitude.
University degree (Business Administration or technical degree is preferred). Preferably with Sustainability profile
2-3 years’ experience from practical Sustainable Procurement and Sustainability activities related to supply chain. Experience from Supply Chain and/or Procurement is qualifying.
Proven track record of successful execution of supplier ethical and environmental assurance activities in either Procurement or Sustainability organization, with close relations to customers and suppliers
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Risk Management, SRM, Business Planning

As part of the Sustainable Procurement team working in an international environment it is also required and that candidates are prepared to travel minimum 20 days per year.

The Development Quality function is responsible for quality oversight of the pharmaceutical development activities in AstraZeneca. We are now looking for a Quality Advisor with GMP focus to our Gothenburg team. AstraZeneca’s pharmaceutical development organizations deal with all facets of the process of turning a molecule into a medicine which can be safely and effectively used by patients. The Quality Advisor role has a broad range of responsibilities to ensure all internal and external requirements are fulfilled for the AstraZeneca projects in the development phase. You will also have the possibility to contribute with expert advice to the pharmaceutical development functions and to the delivery of our pipeline of exciting new medicines. Responsibilities
In your role you will have interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide QA advice into manufacturing activities of Drug Product and patient medication
• Perform QA release of manufactured and packed Drug Product as part of the Supply Chain to clinical trials
• Support the pharmaceutical development functions with investigations of deviations, complaints, changes and other quality and compliance decisions in the development projects
• Provide appropriate QA input to business improvement projects
• Collaboration with AstraZeneca QA colleagues globally
• Responsible for QA advice and approval of documentation related to manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure compliance, including Maintenance, Calibration, Validation


The role may also include
• Interpret, trend and report compliance data, to measure and improve quality standards within the pharmaceutical development functions.
• Develop QA Agreements with internal suppliers delivering services or products.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements – Education and Experience
• MSc in pharmacy or engineering (specializing in Pharmaceuticals) with at least 3 years’ experience of working within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
• Broad understanding of the Pharmaceutical Quality Systems, GMP and related activities to Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP)
• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical/drug development process
• Good communicator with experience of interacting effectively across interfaces
• Fluent in written and spoken English


Preferred requirements
• Experience preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization
• Good team working and networking skills
• Capable of making effective decisions
• Demonstrate a high degree of personal credibility
