Design Data & Analytics Landscape:
Contribute to the new B/4 implementation
Support data acquisition design using ODP, SLT, CDS, DataServices, OpenHub, and HANA.
Assist IT Architects in future analytics front-end decisions using Fiori, embedded analytics, AfO, SAC, and PowerBi.
Continuously improve Essity's IT design processes, development standards, and guidelines.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Strong knowledge of data warehousing modeling.
Good knowledge of S/4 (or R/3-ECC) data in SD, MM, Logistics, and/or Finance.

About the role
In this role as Assortment Manager you will have a vital and varied role supporting our growth and profitability targets in the region by securing a competitive and profitable Consumer Tissue product portfolio. You will have responsibility for the security audit service and most of the security audits. You will be travelling short trips to 5-15 Essity sites per year. Main responsibilities:
Continuous technology and information risk watch.
Risk management; provide security guidance to the company including IT colleagues. Support and follow up on remediating activities.

Overview
The Information Security Team is incorporated within IT Services and establishes and manages Essity Group’s information security on behalf of our CIO. Security is governed and managed through Essity Information Security Management System (ISMS). All in the team have a broad responsibility to cover tasks in all parts of the ISMS. This role will however have a focus on security operations. The Security Operations has a responsibility for the detection and respond to threats reported by our external Security Operation Center (SOC), but also to threats found through own threat hunting and external risk watch. The Security Operations is organized with a core team and a network of colleagues from the different IT Teams.
As Functional Lead you are the Service Owner and report to the Director for Information Security.
What you will do
Your main responsibilities:
• Continuous technology and information risk watch.
• Risk management by providing security guidance to all part of the company.
• Evolve Essity’s information security capabilities and in particular the Security Operations.
• Take a leading role in case of major incident and in IT forensic investigations.
• Compile reports to IT Management providing assurance that information security is being adequately addressed.
• Besides ownership of the Security Operations, you are also responsible for the external SOC service, Essity SIEM system and the XDR endpoint protection service.

Own and develop the sourcing-related controlling tools as part of the Procurement Controlling team to consolidate and analyze spending and cost development

About the Role
In line with Essity’s overall strategy Global Sourcing will support to provide sustainable products and solutions, made and delivered with respect for people and nature, to our customers and consumers. Sustainable Sourcing’s key area of responsibility is to secure social, ethical and environmental demands related to Essity’s sourcing activities globally and to minimize business and ethical risks to Essity. Sustainable Sourcing is an integral part of Essity’s procurement and supplier management processes to identify and mitigate potential social and ethical risks in the supply chain.

What You Will Do
As a Sustainable Sourcing manager, you will be part of the Sustainable Sourcing team within Global Sourcing and your main areas of responsibilities will be:
Support in the development and implementation of our Sustainability targets to secure we source from suppliers who share the same values, as outlined in our Global Supplier Standard, to promote responsible business practices and respect for human rights in our supplier base
Work globally to coordinate with and support the Sourcing teams to assure the integration of social, ethical and environmental performance factors into the process of selecting and monitoring suppliers
Secure implementation of our key compliance tools e.g. Global Supplier Standard, Sedex, anti-corruption screening. Collaborate with Essity’s external audit partner to plan social/ethical audits of suppliers in high risk countries for human rights’ violations
Act as a matter expert related to sustainability questions in Essity’s supplier base. Showcasing profound competence related to our tools, procedures as well as to external factors such as legislation, market trends and customer/consumer expectations
Support the development and implementation of procedure and tools, to be used by our Sourcing teams to secure compliance from new and incumbent suppliers. This includes risks assessment tools and information related to social- and ethical performance of suppliers
Keep yourself up to date with the overall sustainability agenda and targets of Essity and what are the priorities from the Business Units and Categories
Development and roll out training, related to the various Sustainable Sourcing topics (e.g. targets, tools, procedures, risk exposure), to our Sourcing teams
Act partner to the Business Units and support with specific customer and consumer requests related to social and ethical compliance of the supplier base globally
Assure close and pro-active collaboration with all internal stakeholders (e.g. Sustainability teams, Business Units) to drive the Sustainable Sourcing agenda throughout the supply chain

Who You Are
To be successful in the role you are a good communicator with presentation skills. You have a drive for results, are analytical and thrives working with stakeholders at all levels. Since you will be working in a team, you need to be a team player and collaborate well with others. Furthermore, to succeed in this job, we believe that you have good interpersonal skills, a strong willingness to learn as well as having a positive attitude.
University degree (Business Administration or technical degree is preferred). Preferably with Sustainability profile.
3-4 years’ experience from practical Sustainable Sourcing and Sustainability activities related to supply chain. Experience from Supply Chain and/or Sourcing is qualifying
Formal Auditor exams according to ISO13485, ISO14000 and SA8000 is qualifying
Proven track record of successful execution of supplier ethical assurance activities in either Sourcing- or Sustainability organization, with close relations to customers and suppliers·
Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Risk Management, SRM, Business Planning

As part of the Sustainable Sourcing team working in an international environment it is also required and that candidates are prepared to travel minimum 30 days per year.
