Kvalifikationer
Vi letar efter dig som har arbetat med Microsoft Power Platform i minst två år, du har erfarenhet av exempelvis Logic apps, Azure Automation, PowerApps, Copilot Studio, M365 och SharePoint. Du har erfarenhet av att implementera lösningar via integrationer, API:er och Workflows m.m.
Vi ser gärna att du har en akademisk utbildning inom relevant område.
Du behöver även ha mycket goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Responsibilities
Establishment of QC Infrastructure:
• Support the establishment and successful operation of CCRM Nordic GMP QC laboratory.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC-related SOPs, workflows, and procedures aligned with CCRM Nordic’s QMS, including analytical testing, EM, and Contamination Control Strategy (CCS).
• Establish and implement the Environmental Monitoring (EM) control program, procedures and trending including GMP cleanroom qualification and classification in collaboration with QA and Manufacturing team.
• Lead the Analytical Method implementation lifecycle, including transfer, qualification, and validation for IPC and release testing.
• Ensure QC activities comply with GMP for ATMPs, EMA, Ph. Eur., ISO9001 and ICH guidelines as required.
• Lead and support investigations of deviations, OOS, CAPA, and change controls related to QC.
• Prepare for and represent QC during internal, client, and regulatory audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with MSAT and PD teams to ensure robust analytical support for process development and manufacturing.

Operational Leadership:
• Build, train, and manage the QC team, ensuring competence in GMP Manufacturing QC related tasks, analytical methods and QC processes relevant to ATMPs (e.g., EM, cell-based assays, molecular biology, microbiology).
• Oversee daily QC operations including, material control, in-process control (IPC), release testing, environmental monitoring and stability studies.

A strong understanding of key PAT (e.g., NIR, Raman and microwave spectroscopy)

Ansvarsområden
Du kommer vara en viktig kugge i vår verksamhet. I nära samarbete med övriga kollegor kommer du ha dagliga kontakter med vår produktion i Polen och vårt lager i Mölndal. Du kommer även ha dagliga kontakter med leverantörer och kunder, både i Sverige och utomlands.

Passionate Research Scientist in Membrane Protein Science
Are you an enthusiastic scientist with skills in the field of membrane protein biology and have a passion to use your skills to contribute to the development of medicine to patients? Right now, we have an opportunity for a motivated Research Scientist to join the Membrane Protein Science Team at our vibrant AstraZeneca R&D site in Gothenburg, Sweden, for a one year temporary position. In this role you’ll play an important part in the Discovery Biology department within the Discovery Sciences organisation.
This is a laboratory-based research position where you will apply your skills and knowledge in protein purification and recombinant protein expression, your curiosity, combined with strong team working ethics to support our early drug discovery projects. You will join our team whose remit is to deliver impactful recombinant membrane protein reagents used to power hit-finding, lead-generation, all the way to clinical candidate validation.

Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist in the Membrane Protein Science Team you will be generating tailored membrane protein reagents to support projects in all phases of the discovery process. The role involves expression screening of constructs in eukaryotic hosts, large scale expression, and purification of recombinant membrane proteins to supply bioreagents to assay development, affinity screening and structure-based drug discovery.
You will plan and conduct experimental strategies and generate, interpret and report scientific data autonomously or in collaboration with colleagues. In addition, you will contribute to advance our capabilities in the production of recombinant membrane proteins used in early drug discovery.

Qualifications
Essential in the role:
Master’s in molecular biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a related field, and 2 years of relevant working experience.
Expertise and proven knowledge of a wide range of methods and technologies applied to the expression, purification and characterization of membrane proteins.

Inför höstens däckskifte söker vi serviceinriktade däckskiftare. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av däckskifte eller har utbildning inom fordonsteknisk utbildning. Jobbet innebär tunga lyft så du bör ha en god fysik för att orka med det. Vi söker dig som gillar att jobba hårt, inte är rädd för att bli smutsig och vill få in en fot hos ett stort och etablerat företag inom däckbranschen.
Startdatum är ännu inte bestämt men troligtvis i början av oktober och håller på tills däcksäsongen är över.
Tiderna är måndag till fredag mellan kl 07-16. Du bör kunna uttrycka dig obehindrat i svenska språket, både i tal ock skrift. Det är ett krav att du har körkort B. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlighet och positiv attityd då rollen är serviceinriktad.

In the Bioscience Cardiovascular department, we focus on identifying and validating new drug targets for treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease and heart failure, as well as evaluating pharmacological aspects, e.g. efficacy and mechanism of action, of potential new drug candidates. The in vitro team delivers key data to projects across all phases of the drug discovery and development process, and we work with different modalities such as small molecules, modified mRNA, antibodies, cell therapy, antisense oligonucleotides and peptides.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Scientist you will play a key role in driving science and projects within the cardiovascular area forward. This is a lab-based role where you will explore novel drug targets with key in vitro data. Collaboration is critical for successful delivery of drug projects, and you will work closely with scientists/teams from a wide range of different functions within AstraZeneca as well as with external partners and collaborators. You will work with in vitro biology using cell lines, pluripotent stem cells (PSC) and primary cardiovascular cells along with molecular and functional biology techniques. Qualifications
Essential for the role:
PhD or master’s degree in biology, pharmacology, cardiovascular disease or similar
Strong experience in cell and molecular biology, biochemistry and relevant in vitro/ex vivo assays within the cardiovascular area
Experience in handling and manipulating relevant PSC cells and primary human and animal cardiac cell types, including cardiomyocytes
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and in writing

About the role:
Drug Product Delivery (DPD) within Pharmaceutical Technology & Development is the sole internal AstraZeneca department that packs, labels and distributes investigational medicinal products to clinical trial patients. The role holder will contribute to the DPD organization applying their expertise in the complex and regulated GMP environment. Essential requirements and skills
BSc/MSc in chemistry/pharmacy/engineering/logistics or equivalent experience. Preferably 2 years experience within pharmaceutical development.

We are currently recruiting for a Biobank Scientist in the AZ Gothenburg Biobank group within the global Precision Medicine and Biosamples organization. This position will provide the opportunity to work in a dynamic and enthusiastic environment whilst supplying a critical service to drug discovery projects. The work is highly collaborative with the team having a collective responsibility for the overall delivery.
The role is focused on supporting drug discovery projects within R&D Gothenburg by maintaining high quality handling and storage of HBS and support projects with requested samples in a timely manner.
As a Biobank Research Scientist you will be expected to:
Work as part of the team rotating between the following typical tasks
Receive and register incoming HBS
Process requests for HBS to customers, including using automated liquid handler
Manage customer orders using specialized informatics systems as well as databases
Respond to customer queries via mail or telephone
Partner with Biobank groups globally as well as internal and external customers

?The group has a strong emphasis on continuous improvement which takes the form of individual and group projects within the team, the department and across Biobank groups within AZ.
The biobank team is a highly collaborative group working to tight delivery schedules so the ability to be comfortable working at a fast pace with a goal orientated and team focussed attitude is essential. Excellent communication skills with a proactive and service minded approach is key.

Qualifications
Essential for the role:
University degree in a Bioscience discipline and previous experience of laboratory work handling biological samples.
Previous knowledge and experience (1 year) of biobanking is highly desirable.
Experience of working with various IT solutions, including extensive knowledge of Excel, LIMS systems and database usage, is also a clear advantage.
Experience of automated liquid handling is advantageous.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills involving large and complex datasets is desirable.
Excellent English, both spoken and written

We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to a consultant assignment within RobotStudio Cloud.

Responsibilities
Together with committed and knowledgeable colleagues, you are involved in the evolution of the application RobotStudio Cloud. You will be responsible for evaluating software functions and designing test protocols to ensure that products work as intended. You will also be responsible for completing all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes and preparing performance reports.


• Test the boundaries of the application.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Working in an industry-leading in vitro safety lab you will work with internal research groups to identify potential off-target risks for siRNA/antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) projects. Develop in vitro assays to explore those potential off targets in a variety of different mammalian cell types via gene expression analysis. You will also be required to summarize safety related literature relating to modulation of off-target genes to help inform decisions and support the development of safer oligonucleotide-based drug products.

Qualifications
Essential for the role:
PhD in biology, biotechnology, toxicology or pharmacology or a related field.
Strong background in mammalian cell biology and in vitro work in molecular biology & omics including gene expression modulation via siRNA/ASOs and qPCR measurements. Additional in vitro techniques would be advantageous including fluidigm qPCR, high content cell imaging, western blot, ELISA & FACs.
Experience of complex in vitro cell models or MPS systems would be desirable.
Track record of scientific literature review with an ability to pull together various sources of data to inform on potential safety questions & targets of interest.
Strong communication skills: including presenting, communicating data analysis, influencing and building partnerships with internal and external research groups.
