Ansvarsområden
Etablera och vidareutveckla ett strategiskt ramverk för API Management.

Samarbeta nära både utvecklingsteam, arkitekter och verksamhetsrepresentanter för att säkerställa kvalitativa och hållbara integrationslösningar.
Arbeta hands-on med verktyg, scripts och konfigurationer i plattformsmiljöer.
Bidra till ökad återanvändning och kvalitet genom att utforma standardiserade API-lösningar.

Obligatoriska krav
Du behöver ha erfarenhet inom följande områden:
Djup förståelse för OSI-modellens lager 4–7.
Fördjupad kunskap om autentiseringslösningar, inklusive OAuth2.
Praktisk erfarenhet av att konfigurera och underhålla API Management-lösningar, inklusive monitorering och felsökning.
Teknisk kompetens inom flera API Gateways, inklusive konfiguration av policies, autentisering och övervakning.
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i containerbaserade plattformar som Kubernetes och Docker.
Kunskap om mTLS, PKI och hantering av certifikat.
Bekantskap med reverse proxy-teknologier.
Förmåga att arbeta med REST- och SOAP-tjänster.
Praktisk erfarenhet av att använda och förstå OpenAPI-specifikationer.

Meriterande kompetens
Tidigare arbete med API-design och struktur.

As Data Scientist/Data Engineer, we offer you the role to develop data driven solutions to difficult business challenges across a range of business domains using machine learning techniques and understand how to convert theory and models into company operations. You work close with business stakeholders, BI & Analytics Team, data analysts in gathering requirements, and use different kinds of technology to enable data preparation, data mining, data visualization. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som Analytiker/Data Scientist kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i att etablera och utveckla arbetet med avancerad dataanalys och AI inom skolförvaltningen. Rollen kräver en strategisk och operativ förmåga att utveckla analysmodeller, visualiseringar och prediktiva lösningar som stärker skolans kvalitet och effektivitet.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi söker en analytiker/data scientist med erfarenhet av dataanalys och AI. Du har flera års erfarenhet av avancerad dataanalys, maskininlärning och AI samt vana att bygga och implementera prediktiva analysmodeller i komplexa organisationer. Du har god kunskap inom statistik, datavisualisering och beslutsstödsystem och kan omsätta data till insikter och beslutsunderlag.

Du kan arbeta både strategiskt och operativt och har erfarenhet av att utveckla och leda datadrivna processer inom en organisation. Erfarenhet av att driva förändringsarbete och etablera en datadriven kultur är en fördel.

Du har god kommunikativ förmåga och kan förmedla analyser och insikter på ett tydligt och anpassat sätt, både muntligt och skriftligt.

Du har en akademisk examen inom datavetenskap, statistik eller motsvarande. Erfarenhet av arbete inom offentlig sektor, skola eller utbildningsverksamhet är meriterande.

About the Role
We are looking for IT Business Analyst SAM who would work as part of the Infrastructure Services department within IT. Together with colleagues from around the organisation you will deal with a variety of Software Asset Management related tasks. You will handle individual requests from end-users or solution owners regarding requests around needed software licenses or new demands. Related to our bigger applications you will be working on optimizing license positions. You will closely collaborate with solution owners, business users, procurement colleagues and (senior) IT management. When contracts are due for renewal, you will analyse and prepare data for the renewal.
Your primary tools will be the IT Service Management system, our software license management system and our procurement administration system. And of course all tools that are included in our Digital Workplace, which is based on Microsoft 365.
What You Will Do
Creation of SAP Ariba Purchase Orders corresponding to the software purchases that have been identified and agreed upon
Tracking and monitoring the invoices from various vendors to corresponding purchase orders
Being part of approval workflows of software purchases in our purchasing system
Administration of Software licenses and vendor contracts in our Software Licence Management System
Process IT Asset Management support tickets in our IT Service Management system
Prepare proposals for senior IT management regarding Software contracts
Proactively monitor used software products in Essity globally and suggest corrective actions to optimize the distribution of existing software licenses and contracts
Support internal and external Software Audits
Contribute to continuous improvement of our IT Asset Management processes and tooling
Collaborate with software vendors, software brokers and internal solution owners
Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process
Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals

Who You Are
Experience in the area of Administration of purchase orders in tools like Ariba Purchase systems understanding the process and tool itself.
Experience in ensuring that invoices for the purchase orders are being planned and paid as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Ability to administer SAM tools like Snow License Manager etc. and making sure that the information about the agreements and licenses is up to date.
Ability to understand the risks associated with the compliance of software audits.
Ability to perform audits for software assets.
Ability to evaluate and recommend suggestions for any risks associated with the software audits.
Ability to understand the software usage trends and recommend future demands.
Experience in Kanban delivery methodology and in understanding and utilizing Microsoft tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint etc.

Review and development of standard costs for the current year via interaction with materials management and manufacturing engineers
Review standard costs on a periodic basis to ensure validity and accuracy
Ensure that the operations team is properly recording and reporting ERP production data including item master, and related transactions.
Prepare monthly cost
Analyze and report inventory related cost and values
To take part in budget and forecast preparations

We believe you have:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent academic background in Finance with three to five years in cost accounting, and or related experience in a manufacturing environment
In-depth understanding of costing methodologies and volume & spend variance analysis
Production and Processing – Operational knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw material, labor waste, quality control and techniques for maximizing the manufacture and distribution of gods with accurate costs
Knowledge of policies and practices involved in financial management, accounting principles/procedures and capital project evaluation
Knowledge of principles and practices involved in the implementation of audit standards with heavy emphasis on SOX and internal controls.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and / or groups
Preferable computer skills with experience of Hyperion suite tools such as Essbase, DSIPLAN, HFM, Excel SmartView, Essebase cubes
Technical knowledge specific to standard product costing and manufacturing variances within ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, BPCS, SAP, or Oracle
It is also desirable but not necessary if you have MBA, CPA or SMA certifications.

Ansvarsområden
Som Devops tekniker har du ansvar för alla buggar och fel som uppstår kopplat till verksamhetens integrationslösningsplattform (RTIP). Det är din uppgift att kartlägga och härleda vilka system, integrationer och lösningar som berörs och leder till att problemen uppstår.  Det är en stor och spretig miljö som bygger på många rader kod och regler, vilket gör uppgiften komplex. Du kommer bland annat leta efter svar i allt från olika loggar till att granska konfigureringar i både Linux och Windows servrar. All information mellan olika system går igenom integrationsplattformen som bland annat är uppbyggt av Mulesoft, Linux och iCure Cloud. Som Devops tekniker ingår du i ett team på plats men du har ensamt ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Det är en containeriserad miljö vilket innebär att det är en fördel om du tidigare har jobbat i  Docker eller liknande.

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig med bakgrund både inom IT-infrastruktur och software men med tyngdpunkt på operation. Linuxkompetens är ett krav. Erfarenhet av att jobba med integrationer i någon form är starkt meriterande liksom tidigare vana av serverdrift. Du bör ha erfarenhet av flera av nedan nämna områden: 
 
Linux server
Windows server
Java eller annat objektorienterat programmeringsspråk
Mulesoft och iCure Cloud
Docker eller annan containerlösning
Elasticsearch eller annan No databas
ActiveMQ
