About the role:
As the IT BA Workday Integration, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will create, optimize, and enhance our integrations as well as fix upcoming issues. You will collaborate with our stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems within the HCM area. This also includes root cause analysis, and finding solutions together with your professional IT colleagues.

What you will do:
Create new Workday integrations using REST, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI


Provide support to existing HCM integrations, resolve integration issues requiring in-depth expertise in Workday.


Ensuring local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies, policies.


Monitor Integrations and take corrective actions.


Support with Workday Update cycles by researching upcoming features and functionality, understanding impact on current processes, and leading and documenting test efforts.


Participate in HCM governance forums.

Who you are:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design, Build, Test, and Deploying Integrations preferably Workday solutions.


Knowledge of HCM fundamentals and Integration Security.


Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges.


Nice-to-have, experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration or SAP PI/PO.


Knowledge in Project management.


Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.

About the Role

At Essity, we are gradually extending our scope and continuing our path within a bigger digitization journey. Our IT Services function is part of the organization Global Operational Services. Currently we're rolling out a new template in our HR environment. We're recruiting an IT Business Analyst Payroll who will support us in our SAP and ADP journey. You will be the main technical lead for Payroll implementation projects in the HR area. This position will preferably be located in Munich but could also be located in Göteborg, Hamburg, Pragues or Kunheim.

What You Will Do
Lead Payroll projects.
Develop business cases and support the prioritization process.
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution;
Coordinate engagements with stakeholders as they relate to evaluation, design, and delivery of business capabilities;
Analyze configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support in Payroll solutions;
Provide Support for Payroll applications.


Who You Are
Approx. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP HR Payroll and ideally in ADP
Solid SAP HR modules background is a plus
ADP Global view and ADP Celergo background will be beneficial
Good understanding of SAP cross-module integration (e.g. Finance) and external applications (e.g. Workday; UKG Dimensions) will be beneficial
Experienced in managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities within an international team
Passion for problem solving and HR area;
Experienced in implementation Payroll projects;
Fluent English knowledge required

Who You Are


Experience as IT Business Analyst or Consultant for cross-functional business applications preferably in the IT domain.

Able to understand technical areas while realizing impact on operations.
Ability to mine and analyze data to understand usage of processes, possible optimizations and any informed decision making


Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information laid across multiple areas.

What You Will Do

Who you are
For this role it is important that you know how to be the link between data domain / business and experts, process leaders and IT specialists like Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deliver analytics projects. What you need


3-5 years' experience in business analysis.
University degree or equivalent in business related subject
Business analyst experience (understanding and translating needs) essential
Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is essential
Experience managing projects and securing results from others
Knowledge of Data structures and analytics concepts beneficial
Holistic thinking and an interest in understanding the full value chain
Communication skills in large scale projects within multi-cultural environments

Vilka är då Orango och vad arbetar vi med? Jo, vi på Orango kan verkligen det där med affärssystem och predikar gärna om nyttan med djup branschkunskap och tydlig planering vid införande av det. Numer har vi också förnyat oss själva, genom att addera viktig spets inom BI & Data Analytics, Integration och Software Development, med detta på plats kan vi erbjuda ännu bredare kompetens och erfarenhet, som täcker upp större delen av Microsoft Dynamics-plattformens möjligheter. Vi skulle kort sagt vilja kalla oss en av Sveriges främsta specialister på digitala affärsplattformar.
OM TJÄNSTEN OCH TRAINEEPROGRAMMET:
I ditt arbete som konsult hos Orango är din grundläggande arbetsuppgift att som rådgivare hjälpa våra kunder att förbättra och utveckla sina affärsprocesser. Detta gör du dels i samband med införande av nya affärssystem hos kunden samt dels som ett löpande förbättringsarbete. Vårt mål är alltid att hjälpa våra kunder att lyckas inom sitt område, och för oss blir affärssystemet ett medel för detta. Du använder dina kunskaper om kundens verksamhet och bransch tillsammans med möjligheterna i affärssystemet för att lösa kundens behov och önskemål. Våra affärssystem är så stora och komplexa att de allra flesta konsulter specialiserar sig inom ett eller ett par olika områden, Våra arbetsformer innebär att du ibland arbetar i ett större projektteam och ibland möter kunden själv. Viss del av arbetet görs på kontoret, och viss del av arbetet görs ute hos våra kunder (fast i dessa tider sköts det mesta hemifrån). Detta innebär att tjänsten innebär en del resor beroende på kund och projekt.
Traineeprogrammet börjar med en gedigen genomgång av Orango som företag, vår affärsmodell, våra kunder, de utmaningar vi möter och vad som krävs för att bli en framgångsrik konsult hos oss. Tillsammans med dina Traineekollegor får du redan från första veckan lösa aktuella utmaningar som finns hos våra kunder, och våra erfarna medarbetare ger personlig feedback på allt som görs. Vi har också utbildningspass kring affärssystem, projektmetodik, de branscher som våra kunder verkar inom, försäljning och ett antal andra spännande ämnesområden.
Vi är måna om att snabbt slussa ut dig i ett av våra pågående projekt, och det gör vi eftersom vi vet att det är det snabbaste och roligaste sättet att lära sig yrket som konsult. Du får en personlig mentor som stöttar dig och vi håller regelbundna avstämningar för att du ska känna dig trygg i din roll. Traineeprogrammet pågår i 6 månader men våra Trainees har börjar alltid arbeta i ett eller flera av våra kundprojekt långt innan dess. Mer om Traineeprogrammet kan du läsa här.
Arbetet som affärssystemskonsult är otroligt spännande och omväxlande, och du kommer snabbt att se att det arbete du utför skapar resultat hos kunderna. Utmaningarna är många och det är viktigt att du som söker är driven och van vid självständigt arbete samtidigt som du kan fungera som en del i ett projekt tillsammans med andra. Under traineeperioden ger vi dig en gedigen grundkunskap och mycket ansvar redan från början, och det är bara du själv som sätter gränserna för din fortsatta karriär hos oss.

VEM SÖKER VI?
Du som är nyexaminerad, eller har arbetat ett par år, med en examen inom företagsekonomi, industriell ekonomi, maskinteknik, systemvetenskap, affärssystemsprogrammet eller motsvarande
Du som har ett stort intresse hur IT och system kan stötta verksamheten
Du som har en stor portion driv, som ständigt tar initiativ och verkligen ser till att saker händer vare sig det är i projektarbete i skolan eller privat i kompisgänget
Du som anser att problem är till för att lösas, gärna tillsammans med trevliga kunder och kollegor

Vi tror även att du har viss arbetslivserfarenhet antingen vid sidan av dina studier eller från tidigare, gärna inom ekonomi, produktion eller lager (då det är här majoriteten av våra kunder finns).
