Your role

Do you want your work to directly improve patients’ lives and make healthcare more sustainable? We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to streamline and standardize the SAP landscape, post S/4HANA implementation. This role will be positioned at the global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

About the role:
As the Solution Architect, you will lead the end?to?end solution architecture for SAP Manufacturing, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory, privacy, and security guidelines, whilst safeguarding the integrity, scalability, and reusability of the architecture. What you’ll do
As a UX & UI Designer in Digital Solutions you lead the design work end-to-end, from discovery to execution with support from peers in the UX Guild. As a strong collaborator and communicator, you will work together with the software development team helping them understand user needs and UX principles and turn them into usable solutions that creates impact. You’ll contribute to initiatives and day-to-day work through user centred research and design methodology and skills, in close collaboration with product owner, engineers, and other teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
Through your work the team will meet the users where they are and work to solve their problems in a coordinated and efficient way. You will facilitate an in-depth understanding of the end users’ needs and motivations, through insights, brainstorming, research, and workshops. Together with the team you will convert it into appealing, highly usable interfaces of digital products, e.g. mobile and web applications, to deliver an impactful user experience. You'll advocate for the users with a high level of craft and exceptional service design.

Develop visual prototypes, when appropriate, or other relevant tests with users and customers.

MDM Platform Ownership & Architecture
Own the technical design, configuration, and evolution of the enterprise MDM platform (Profisee)

Data Engineering & Pipelines
Design, build, and optimise scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure Data Factory
Develop high-quality, tested, and maintainable and transformation logic

Contribute to implementing agents to increase efficiency and improve quality

Integration & Platform Collaboration
Integrate data from enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Profisee/MDM, and other operational sources
Work closely with MDM, Analytics, and Integration teams to support end-to-end data flows
Contribute to shared patterns, frameworks, and platform standards

Quality, Reliability & Improvement
Implement monitoring, alerting, testing, and data quality checks as standard practice
Optimise performance, cost efficiency, and reliability of pipelines
Continuously improve ways of working through automation and reusable solutions

Agile Delivery & Teamwork
Deliver work through Agile ceremonies using Jira
Collaborate actively with other engineers, architects, analysts, and stakeholders

As an IT Security and Compliance Framework Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and maintaining our IT compliance framework. About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Excellence Specialist to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. In this role, that supports all procurement areas (direct, indirect and logistics), you’ll be responsible for key procurement systems and tools, including Supplier Management, Analytics, and ERP. You’ll define and communicate product vision and roadmaps, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with Mölnlycke’s overarching IT strategy.
You’ll also be responsible for procurement master data, collaborating with stakeholders to define data sets, establish governance principles, and drive data quality initiatives. Your work will support data-driven decision-making and enable efficient, standardized procurement processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize procurement system landscape and tools
Define product vision and roadmap based on business needs
Manage product backlog and delivery strategy, including testing and change management
Standardize, simplify, and automate procurement processes and documentation
Act as Procurement Business Architect in collaboration with IT Solution Architects
Lead governance structures and application management
Define and maintain procurement master data and governance principles

What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with international exposure

You will play a key role in ensuring platform stability while equipping our internal product teams with the tools they need to succeed. You'll also be responsible for establishing effective ways of working to operate and manage our new SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud platform. As the guardian of our SAP environment, you will ensure alignment with Mölnlycke’s architectural guidelines and SAP best practices to create a future-ready platform. As an IAM Security Specialist, you’ll be our subject matter expert in identity and access management, leading operational and tactical improvements across our global IT landscape. The People Services team is the first point of contact for all employees and managers in regards to employee administration and compliance . We strive to deliver a great employee experience and moments that matters for everyone. The team supports within the following areas; payroll, comp & ben, mobility, employee administration, data management, on- & offboarding of employees and statutory reporting amongst others.
In this job you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payroll for Sweden, supporting in areas such as comp & ben, pension, employee cycle management and more. You will also be adhering to internal and external requirements. These are the key accountabilities for this position
As a People Services Payroll Specialist, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day.
In this position you will manage Payroll, benefits and employee administration accordingly to policies, labour law and regulations and participate in resolving payroll system needs, e.g. contact with suppliers and partners when necessary.
You will maintain interface/data files in or out from our payroll system and document and update instructions regarding payroll and benefits related processes.
You will administer absences in systems and to authorities according to legislation and policy.
You will provide timely and accurate support to employees in payroll-related matters and respond and resolve assigned cases within defined time frames and quality standards.
You will proactively identify and address gaps in the Knowledge Library within our areas of expertise and maintain employee files in accordance with GDPR regulations.
In this position you will continuously contribute to the development of administrative People Services Processes and support in defined development projects.

About the job
In this position you will be a key person in the physical testing laboratory team. You will lead the delivery of the laboratory workstream in innovation projects. You will also lead new test method development projects, as well as updating the existing test methodologies to be more effective with regards to automatization and digitalization.

About the job
The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of phase in and phase out projects by managing various aspects of the supply chain.
In this position you’ll decide on the timing and quantity of production to ensure project stock builds are completed on schedule, determine when to initiate air freight and manage its execution to ensure timely delivery.
You’ll monitor inventory levels and decide on transferring stock to meet demand and avoid shortages.
You’ll align and take actions to reduce scrapping costs of Raw Material and Finished Goods, including decisions on return flows and necessary scrapping.
This role requires a high level of responsiveness and change management.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
Follow up on purchase orders, production capacity and planned production in order to ensure project stock builds
Initiate, execute, and follow up on potential air freight.
Frequent communication with logistics, commercial, Supply chain planning teams in order to align and secure executable plans
Set up and maintain Phase In Phase Out for variant change items.
Update master data during Phase In Phase Out execution.
Inventory monitoring and transferring
Ensure markets adhere to submitted forecasts.
Maintain production switch dates in Maestro and align with stakeholders on design transfer.
Secure that overall supply chain plans and updates are channelled to and acted upon in short-term planning and execution.
Regular checks on Master data Integrity: Conduct regular reviews of the Master Data Integrity report and collaborate with stakeholders to take necessary actions and follow up.
Ensure that Finished Goods suppliers comply with project requirements.
Maintain a holistic view of stock reservations, particularly focusing on stock levels of old products.
Ad hoc operational tasks due to situational need for projects
Scrap Risk Management: Align and take actions to reduce scrapping costs of Raw Material and Finished Goods including decisions on return flows and necessary scrapping.


What you’ll need
This role works on a global level. Therefor we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:
University Degree in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration and/or Industrial Engineering or equivalent education.
Preferably work experience related to planning (supply planning, replenishment planning, inventory planning, master planning, production planning, material planning, demand planning).
Preferably experience of planning tools Maestro, (SAP APO-module), transactional tool (SAP ECC) and reporting tools (MS Excel, Power BI).

About the job
In this role you will work with Biological and toxicological evaluations of medical devices and be responsible for assessing the patient and user safety of materials and products in accordance with applicable global regulatory guidelines.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
In this position you’ll help to create a learning institution around biocompatibility, including conducting trainings.
You’ll be involved in the biocompatibility processes globally ensuring compliance to relevant standards and regulations. (eg. ISO 10993)
You’ll use your ability to digest and summarize complex or diverse information together with your strong analytical proficiency to drive the biocompatibility strategy towards the future.
You’ll bring a passion for understanding the constraints imposed on medical device materials intended for high volume manufacture and you will work to align, and influence the choice and validation of materials, manufacturing processes and approach to biocompatibility across the company.
You’ll actively develop your mentoring, coaching and collaboration skill sets across the company.

What you’ll need
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a discipline in Toxicology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or equivalent science/engineering degree or experience is required.
Experience in an ISO/ FDA regulated environment performing biological safety evaluations
Good understanding of and experience of applying the principles, theories, and concepts in biocompatibility per ISO 10993.
Knowledge of standards for biocompatibility of medical devices, e.g. ISO 10993.


Preferred
An advanced degree (Master or Ph.D.) is preferred.
Prior experience independently developing biological safety assessments for inclusion with regulatory submissions is preferred.
Industry experience in medical device materials and product development is preferred.

About the job
As the Clinical Compliance & Process Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization maintains full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will drive best practices and optimize processes for clinical evidence generation and dissemination, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks across Mölnlycke.
This role will support the Director of Clinical Compliance in ensuring regulatory adherence and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities include
Review, develop, and implement CMPA policies, SOPs, work instructions (WIs), and forms within the QMS, collaborating with process owners as needed.
Ensure all clinical data collection complies with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to ISO 14155:2020, ICH/GCP, GDPR, MDSAP, EU MDR, HIPAA, and FDA regulations.
Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry trends, and evolving guidelines to ensure a compliant way of working within CMPA.
Define training needs and ensure CMPA team members are well-informed and trained on relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Lead and manage CMPA’s audit-related activities, including vendor qualifications and clinical studies.
Own audit-related activities within CMPA, including preparation, participation, execution, and follow-up.
Oversee and manage non-conformance (NC), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and planned deviations related to clinical quality.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, quality, and regulatory affairs teams, to anticipate and respond to new developments in clinical evidence generation and healthcare compliance.
Mentor and support team members in understanding and implementing regulatory and quality requirements.
Drive clinical process optimization and efficiency while maintaining regulatory adherence.


What you will need:
Academic background in Life Sciences (medical, clinical, regulatory, or scientific).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Research within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations, including ISO 14155, EU MDR, GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and MDSAP.
Strong experience in developing and maintaining SOPs, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
Experience with Non-Conformance (NC), CAPAs, planned deviations, and other clinical quality-related processes.
Proven ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into actionable procedures.
Strong communication, training, and mentoring skills to guide internal and external stakeholders on clinical compliance matters.

About the job
In this position you will be a key person in the laboratory team by developing and implement new models and methods for laboratory testing in the interface between physical products and embedded software.
You will lead colleagues from different laboratory disciplines to deliver the laboratory workstream in different innovation projects. This includes planning the laboratory deliverables in line with innovation project milestones and leading the cross functional testing team to achieve the projects goals.

As a specialist, you will provide laboratory test data along with documented analysis, conclusions, statistical input and recommendations to projects, platforms and other stakeholders.

In this position you will work alongside with Mölnlycke’ s Transfer Pricing Manager, as part of the Group’s specialist Tax Team. You will work in different transfer pricing projects and day-to-day tax issues in the Group.

These are the main accountabilities for this position
The tasks and responsibilities will vary but will ultimately aim at fulfilling Mölnlycke’ s transfer pricing obligations, including inter alia conducting financial analyses, assist in the design and implementation of the Group’s financial models, preparing transfer pricing documentation and providing support for all operational Mölnlycke companies.

More specifically, the role includes:
Assisting in preparing transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reporting (CbCR).
Reviewing/analyzing benchmarking studies and economic analyses to support arm’s-length pricing of intercompany transactions.
Analyzing financial and operational data to assess intercompany transactions.
Supporting the preparation of intercompany agreements in line with transfer pricing policies.
Assisting in responding to tax audits and inquiries related to transfer pricing matters.
Monitoring global transfer pricing developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Participating in ad-hoc projects related to tax structuring in connections to acquisitions and business restructurings.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Economics, Finance, Tax, or a related field.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in transfer pricing, taxation, finance, or related areas.
Work experience in tax from a multinational group, audit firm or the tax authority is a plus.
Digital literacy - finding it easy to adapt to new IT tools and systems. Engaged in driving automation and standardization using digital tools.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.

In this position you will be a key person in the laboratory team. You will lead colleagues from different laboratory disciplines to deliver the laboratory workstream in innovation projects. You will also lead new test method development projects, as well as updating the existing test methodologies to be more efficient. Relevant test areas are physical testing, fluid handling in wound care products, and image analysis.

As a Global Process Developer, you will play a key role in driving cross functional process excellence across inbound, replenishment, warehousing, customer order, distribution, and related systems. Your role and key accountabilities
Establish Global Standards
Harmonize, streamline and drive standardization of processes on a global scale within Logistics & Sales area. Drive standardization initiatives that support process simplification and digitalization.
Act as a Global SME in cross-functional projects to promote best practices and global standards.
Collaborate with Process Developers in Mölnlycke’s different Business Areas to ensure alignment and end-to-end efficiency.



Problem solving and process adherence
Conduct training sessions to implement best practices in a cross-functional context
Lead and coordinate end to end process mappings to identify pain points and inefficiencies, driving measurable improvements.
Manage global end to end improvement initiatives, working with global functions in COO and Business Areas.
Support and drive adherence to global process standards.



Process enhancement and continuous improvement
Manage the enhancement process, collaborating with the Product Owners to refine new requests and help the delivery team understand business needs and value.



New Logistics Set-ups and Distribution flow
Facilitate new flow assessments with key stakeholders from Finance, Tax, Regulatory, Logistics, Quality, IT, and Planning.
Recommend optimal end to end solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Provide Business Areas, Corporate Functions, and projects with input on new flows and development needs, enabling swift decision-making in strategic and tactical expansion plans.

What you’ll need
Several years of experience in process development or project-based work.
Solid understanding of end-to-end processes and supply chain flows and related systems, including Manufacturing, Transport, Warehousing, and Distribution.
Master’s degree or equivalent academic background.
Strong facilitation, project management, and change management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects in a global environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and building relationships with internal and external partners.

About the job
In this position, you will develop robust short- and long-term demand plans and conduct monthly demand forecast maintenance for relevant local markets for Mölnlycke Gloves Business Area.
We are looking for an experienced demand planner to best meet customer demands while driving forecasting improvements by applying best practices, utilising statistical forecasting, and enriching the baseline forecast with all relevant input from customers, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other relevant functions.

Main accountabilities for this position
Develop seasonal demand forecasts and anticipate customer reactions.
Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers and plan and drive monthly forecast meetings with all stakeholders.
Work with customers, sales, and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy and closely cooperate with and provide input to the Supply Chain Planning organisation to ensure the best possible product availability.
Update sales about supply constraints, assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities, and coordinate and communicate action plans.
Identify areas of improvement in Mölnlycke’s Business Management process, recommend actions, and mentor and train stakeholders as needed.


What you will need
A business or technical degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics
Strong demand planning experience, ideally in the medical industry.
Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods.
Well-versed in translating data and customer insights into business advice.
Experience with demand planning tools (Kinaxis, Demantra, SAP, or similar).
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint).

You’ll work in a cross-functional team with end-to-end accountability for solution discovery, development, architecture, and operations. Your main focus will be building scalable, responsive, and user-centric web applications using Angular.
