Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Web Specialist kommer du att vara en viktig del av vår koncernövergripande marknadsavdelning där du säkerställer att våra hemsidor möter våra kunders förväntningar. Du är en del av teamet Web & Analytics, där du har flera kollegor med liknande ansvarområden. Du kommer också samverka med webbanalytiker, digitalspecialister, innehållsdesigners och flera andra roller
I korthet innebär rollen att du:
Hanterar innehållsuppdateringar i form av text, bild och video
Bygger vidare på hemsidor genom att addera nya sidor och utveckla befintliga
Fungerar som kravställare gentemot våra utvecklare när nya funktioner behöver tas fram
Följer upp och utvärderar hemsidors måluppfyllnad, via Google Analytics eller dashboards i Loooker Studio
Deltar i planeringsmöten med våra dotterbolag för att säkerställa att hemsidor möter verksamhetens behov och marknadsplaner
Nyckelkompetenser/ förmågor
Vi söker dig som är tidigt i karriären, men har ett driv att växa och utvecklas. Du är tekniskt intresserad men har också en förmåga att bedöma hur information ska förmedlas till våra kunder. Självklart är du både snabb och välformulerad i skrift. Kanske har du haft en bred roll inom webb på ett mindre företag och vill nu ta steget till en större koncern där du får arbeta med experter inom UX, webbanalys, digital marknadsföring och design.
Vidare ser vi att du har:
Minst ett par års erfarenhet av att arbeta i CMS-system, ex. som webbredaktör
Erfarenhet av att strukturera och utveckla sajter från idé till färdig lösning
God förmåga att skapa engagerande och relevant innehåll för webb
Grundläggande kunskaper inom UX/UI, och ett öga för användarvänliga lösningar

Om du även har erfarenhet av SEO och innehållsoptimering samt av att arbeta i Google Analytics 4 och Looker Studio så är det värdefullt.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Som Digital Marketing Specialist ansvarar du för att utveckla och implementera digitala marknadsföringsstrategier för Mary Kay på den nordiska marknaden. Du optimerar kampanjer genom analys av marknadsföringsdata och prestanda, vilket möjliggör kontinuerlig förbättring av både kampanjer och strategier. Vem söker vi?

Du talar och skriver obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, detta då du kommer att använda båda språken i ditt dagliga arbete. We offer you As a Product Owner CRM, you are responsible for ensuring, optimizing and developing Kappahl's CRM going forward, together with internal and external partners in accordance with the CRM strategy and Kappahl's future goals. An important part of the role is GDPR and customer data such as customer data security, privacy policy and membership terms, which we see you have experience from. Meritorious is if you have experience with Voyado as a CRM system.

Beskrivning av tjänsten


Som Pricing and Revenue Analyst ansvarar du för framtagning och utformning av bolagets prisstrategi för att optimera tillgänglighet och lönsamhet. Du analyserar intäkter och kostnader för den kommersiella organisationens affärer för att hitta alternativ för att optimera lönsamheten. Du stöder ledningsgruppen och andra funktioner i bolaget med att sätta mål och ta fram behovsanalyser. Du underhåller systemen för försäljningsstatistik och förser bolaget med rapporter och analyser inom det kommersiella. Den data du får fram analyserar du för att se trender och mönster som bidrar till att du proaktiv kan hitta lösningar och förbättringar till optimering av lönsamheten. Vidare behöver du kunna jobba både strategiskt och mer ad-hoc för att säkerställa tillgänglighet och lönsamheten. Du har en stark drivkraft, är analytisk och lösningsfokuserad för att utveckla den kommersiella delen av bolaget.


 


Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden och arbetsuppgifter:


- Ansvara för framtagning och utformning av företagets prisstrategi


- Förbättra lönsamheten genom att analysera intäkter och kostnader för den kommersiella organisationen


- Säkerställa att rapporter och analyser tas fram till ledningsgrupp och övriga funktioner inom bolaget


- Arbete för ständig förbättring genom underhåll av system för försäljningsstatistik


- Utläsa trender och mönster i den data som framkommer för att hitta lösningar som optimerar lönsamheten

Vem är du?

Vi ser att du har bakgrund från att arbeta med analyser och affärsförståelse som exempelvis Business eller Pricing Analyst. Det är meriterande om du har en akademisk utbildning inom närliggande områden såsom till exempel civil- eller högskoleingenjör med inriktning mot industriell ekonomi. Du är noggrann och analytisk och har vana att använda analysverktyg typ Microsoft Power Bi eller liknande. Vi ser gärna att du har en god kunskap gällande eftermarknaden inom Automotiveindustrin med bra kännedom om olika prisstrategier och prissättning. Du har god kunskap i Excel och övriga delar i Officepaketet och är van att hantera en större mängd data. Vi ser de som meriterande att du har grundläggande kunskap i . Du kommunicerar obehindrat i Svenska och Engelska i såväl tal som skrift. Som person är du kreativ och driven med ett innovativt, ihärdigt och lösningsfokuserat arbetssätt. Du är en god lagspelare och ser värdet i att nå uppsatta mål tillsammans med dina kollegor samtidigt som du har gedigen erfarenhet från att arbeta självständigt. Vi söker dig som är strukturerad och noggrann med ett starkt kommersiellt tänkande.

Who are you?
We think that you have a strong interest for digital business and customer experience, but what gets you up in the morning is your interest in data and analytics. I rollen som säljanalytiker ansvarar du för att analysera och upptäcka mönster och trender i data samt formulera lämpliga åtgärder baserat på dina analyser. Thorough understanding of applicable regulations and guidelines such as MDR and MEDDEV 2.7.1.
Understanding of medical device development and product life cycle requirements
Clinical experience, preferably within Urology a/o Enterology, is an advantage
Proficient in English (verbal and writing)

About the role
As the E-commerce Activation Manager you are responsible for recommending, co-executing and evaluating E-com demand creation plans following the 5 E-commerce "P" principles (i.e. Product, Price, Place, Promotion and Product Detail Page) for selected regional key customers in alignment with BU Marketing strategy and with the ultimate goal to deliver KPIs set by the E-commerce Sales & Merch team. About the Role
